體驗最差的一次，沒有之一。訂的13到15層，45平米的房間，最後給了個4層20平米的房間，問前台説是給我升級了。45平升級成了20平，漲知識呀！窗户是毛玻璃，什麼都看不見。停車交了幾十塊錢的停車費，前台説她沒有辦法承擔停車費，更噁心的是雙人床的房間衹有一份早餐，38元一位的早餐餐廳，總共就幾個能吃的，服務極差，有個女性服務人員把我指到一個沒飯的餐廳，別人讓我回來後她説她沒看見這裡有飯，我都看見了，你沒帶眼睛上班嗎？特別影響出遊的心情。洗澡的時候把手錶摘下來了，之後就沒再找到，問酒店的工作人員，説酒店沒有……

一入住洗手間下水道已堵塞，工作人員疏通出頭發牙膏蓋等物品，晚上用個指甲刀説沒人送，自己吧枱取，吃個早餐，女兒剛一米2愣是沒人情味，加餐券，我們6個大人帶一個孩子。服了，在黃島入住的最差酒店。
