"The staff are online and the hotel is a small boutique hotel. The breakfast is good and the location is very convenient. But there are two issues that cannot be avoided. First, the evening drinks and appetizers are only suitable for Europeans and Americans. They are a simple social time, and we think the happy hour in the executive lounge is two different concepts, so don’t have any expectations; second, the rooms are on the roadside. It's indeed noisy."
"The hotel is well maintained and the reception was very helpful with our situation due to flight cancellation. Especially Silvester from the restaurant, he was very kind to accommodate our needs.
We had a pleasant experience and would like to stay again next time."
"The service is very good, and you can store your luggage. Although it is a shared bathroom, there are more than one shared bathrooms and toilets. There is a wash basin for your own use in the room. In addition, the shampoo, hand soap and other supplies are not messed up. They are relatively good products, but the fragrance is woody, and those who don't like woody fragrance may not be used to it. I personally like it so I think it's okay. The bathroom is also very clean, and the owner should take care of it more carefully. However, the single room is small and is only suitable for personal luggage."

"I won’t recommend it,they couldn’t find my booking under my name so they charged me again. when I told them that I didn’t get the refund, they said they’ll send an email to manager, but they did nothing until I called them and asked. They only took it seriously when I asked their manager’s contact. It took so long to get my refund and I had to pay transaction fees!!
We booked the sauna when we checked in,then the next day we went to the reception, they said they couldn’t find my booking again, and they didn’t even apologise for that,it’s all just ridiculous!"
"The location of this hotel is very good. It is right in the center of the town and you can walk to the most beautiful shore in three minutes. Anyway, it's convenient to go anywhere. The only problem is that you may have to look for parking on the roadside. The hotel room is really big, and the equipment and speakers inside are very good. It's also close to a bar, so it's a bit noisy at night. Everything in the refrigerator is free except alcohol, and there are unlimited refills. For breakfast, it is beautifully prepared on site downstairs. I remember that the big breakfast was about 30 New Zealand dollars. It is worth commenting and worth staying at."
"Walked out onto the balcony and we were met with these stunning views.
The time that we visited (May) meant that it was slightly too cold to be out on the balcony for too long, but the views that we enjoyed out of the window were magnificent.
When the first arrived the lady on the front desk was very friendly, and helpful.
We had asked for a double bed and had been allocated two single beds. She quickly contacted the ladies from house keeping and they very kindly sprung into action to help rectify the situation.
The housekeeping staff were nice and pleasant, and the location was just right for us to get out and about visiting some of the local attractions like the Kiwi birdlife park.
The big plus about staying at the highview apartments was having a parking space. When you visit queenstown you'll soon find out that in some places finding a parking space is like gold dust."
"There seems to be a new building and an old building, and we stayed in the old building. It felt a little worn, but I think it had the best tableware and facilities. I didn't really understand how to use the TV in the room, but we could only watch one channel.
It's also about a 12-minute walk to the downtown area of the port. It's a convenient location. I was impressed by the smiling young lady at the front desk who tried her best to help us."
"It's much better than Heartland
Facilities: The Lodge room we stayed in was very new, with all kinds of facilities, including tableware
Hygiene: Very good
Environment: When checking in, I saw that the overall room planning was very scientific
Service: I praise Ruby at the front desk, and the other white girl faked a smile and was not very patient, which was very disappointing"
"This Holiday Park was very clean for us and a child. The facilities provided here exceed expectations where there is a place to cook.
A very strategic location with the town of Queenstown only walking distance to the beautiful lake.
The staff here are also very helpful by providing advice to us where we plan to go skiing and are advised to go early in the morning with the weather forecast being quite good in the morning at 10.00 am."
"The location is across the street from the center of Queenstown, and the last slope is here. Facilities are all complete, kitchenware, dishwasher, washer dryer. The hotel's requirements for guests are relatively comprehensive. There is an error in the translation of the instructions. If you lose the key, the English version will pay 30 yuan. The Chinese version will pay 50 yuan."

The bed smelled of fresh linen and the duvet was nice. The kitchen ? Wow !! It was amazing , clean and huge !! It was like a chef kitchen on one of the shows. DDragan S**Great Stay with Stunning Views**
I had a fantastic stay at **La Quinta by Wyndham Remarkables Park Queenstown**. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with spacious rooms that offer beautiful mountain views. The bed was very comfortable, and the in-room amenities, including a kitchenette and laundry facilities, were a great bonus.
The location is excellent—close to the airport, shops, and restaurants, yet quiet and peaceful. It’s also a convenient base for exploring Queenstown and the surrounding areas. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and convenient stay in Queenstown. Highly recommend!
HHappy 4The front desk staff were very friendly, and all staff member we met inside was warm and welcoming. They explained everything clearly before we checked in. The price was very reasonable, and they even thoughtfully arranged a sea view room for our family. The room was well-equipped, and provide very nice breakfast . We were very satisfied with our stay!
High recommended .👍👍👍👍👍
DDoyyyI recently stayed at this hotel for a short trip and was looking for a room with a lake view, easy access to the airport, and proximity to town. It met my basic expectations.
Pros:
- Clean and well-maintained room.
- Room size is comfortable for two adults.
- 24-hour reception is very convenient.
- Bus stops (Bus 1) are right in front of the hotel.
- The balcony with chairs and a table offers a serene view of the river.
- Buffet breakfast starts early at 6:30 AM, which is great for me as my coach to Lake Tekapo was at 8am.
- Room comes with all necessities, plus a microwave, which was a huge bonus for me.
Cons:
- Booked a lake-view room, but the view was partially blocked by bushes/trees as the room was on Level 2.
Located next to a busy main road, and passerby visibility made it feel less private.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to family and friends for its convenience and comfort.
WWeradechConvenient Location, but Shared Kitchen Needs Improvement
The room was quite small, but comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay. However, the shared kitchen on the 1st floor was small and often messy. Many guests prepared their meals there and brought them upstairs to eat at 4th floor share space, but unfortunately left the kitchen in poor condition. It was consistently untidy throughout our stay.
The hotel is in a great location—right in the CBD and within walking distance to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. There’s no free parking on-site, but there’s a paid public parking lot just across the street. The rate is NZD 3.5 per hour, with free parking available from 6 PM to 8 AM.
Ssuper酷酷鴨Stayed here for two days in a row. The location is very good. I chose it because the introduction said there is free parking. Currently, this youth hostel has 3-4 parking spaces in front of the door, first come first served. Otherwise, you need to go to Hamilton Road to find one (which is often full). You need to bring your own shower gel and shampoo, which is not very convenient. Other than that, I can give it a very high score. The youth hostel has cooperation discount codes with some attractions, you can ask the front desk to get them. If you are traveling alone, I still recommend them.
MMatthew LimSwiss Belsuites was our favourite accommodation across the 9 accommodations we stayed during our holiday in New Zealand! We absolutely love how spacious the place is. Huge cooking space with a comfortable living room with a large L-shaped sofa made for many nights in to cook our own dinner, which was made even easier with the provision of two dishwashing machines and almost every cooking equipment/cutleries you may need. It is also the only accommodation where we got to enjoy using a smart TV where we could easily use our own subscription accounts (via scanning QR codes) to stream videos during our dinners. The bedroom is also really comfortable and the toilet was very clean as well. We also had our washing machine and dryer, which was really useful as we were in New Zealand for two weeks. The best part of our stay was the view of Lake Wakitipu which we could enjoy from our living room. Was such a great stay that we were so sad to check out at the end. Highly recommended!!
SSanu EhsanNice and clean room with basic amenities. As it's a hotel, there's no kitchen or microwave inside the room. There is a non-smart TV in the room but its response is very slow, we couldn't enjoy anything on the TV. There is no elevator for this 3 storey hotel, which is a negative factor if one has to carry heavy luggage to an upper floor. Moreover, though parking is available, as it's not next to the door, the luggauges have to be dragged over a gravel (or floored with small rocks) driveway. There is not much to do around the place, besides we couldn't find any gasoline stand or supermarket around here. Queenstown is only 10-15mins drive, so stay here and drive to Queenstown for main activities. Overall, a bit overpriced compared to location and facilities. We will consider staying again if necessary but will certainly look for other options if available.
FFirew DemelashI had 3 night Copthorne Hotel and Resort
Queenstown Lakefront the room is clean and basic the bed comfortable l had a good sleep the room to big even had a good seating area coffee tea in the room TV had variety of choices however the bathroom that not that great they need to get rid of that bath basin I am not sure what is purpose? The shower curtain so cheap common if you charge your guests a top dollars you can afford a decent shower curtain it New Zealand not a 3rd world country. All the Wi-fi so terrible even basic email take time to download also what is deposit for if you don't have any minibar in the room? I think all those can improve a good management I had pizz one night taste good anyway this Queenstown accommodation always in short that way they don't care still a good place to crush a big hot two.
NNelA great experience for a female solo traveler. I
Pros
I shared a female dorm with three other women and had a great time getting to know those coming in and out. The shared bathroom was always clean (cleaned every day).
The communal kitchen is large and well-organised. You can make use of condiments that get left behind. As it was still cold, there are always fires burning both in reception and the common room. It makes the atmosphere very cosy.
The best service I got was from their information desk, which is located in the reception area. As I didn't have a credit card and businesses like Snowbiz in town don't accept cash, I was able to pay for ski passes and rental by making a booking at the service desk (they have a card machine and also accept cash).
Cons
This side of the hostel where my room was located, just experiences a lot of noise, as there are bars down below, despite the sliding door being sound-proof. Not all the reading lamps for each bed work and also need to be fixed. The shower leaked a lot of water, as the glass door doesn't properly close.
Overall though, a great stay and value for money. You do save on accommodation, as QT is an expensive town to visit.
