We are sorry that you didn´t had a great experience with us, we have a lot of restaurant around here, supermarkets, parks and everything and also the U-bahn station, Bus and S-bahn station with 5 minuts walk. I would like to reassure you is that me and the team always do our best to make our guests feel as comfortable as possible and have a pleasant stay. Throughout your stay we did our best to provide you with the best apartment allocation on your multiple bookings and best rates available, as we tried to help you on all the other enquiries you had My only goal was to help and assist in your stay in a professional manner. As per our conversation my ethnicity and our staff country of origin can't be a reason to assume we have a tendency of stealing. The fact that our staff are from Nepal or Bulgaria does not matter for me personally or for the company, neither background education or family and kids. I do consider these are personal details for everyone, and, as long as we work with passion for hospitality, these should not be attacked or involved. I am sorry you have taken these as unfriendly from my side; I can only reassure you this was never my intention and all we wanted was to provide you with the same great experience we aim for everyone else.
