We stayed over Christmas. The bare bones staff was all helpful and friendly and the space was clean. We loved the suite with the bunk beds!

Parking is street only or valet. Valet was a mess, could not even pull in to check-in. Then they lost the keys and the car. Front desk was not overly friendly or helpful. Bathroom door didn't properly close. Head board was stained. The room AC unit was noisy and needed to be attended to. The guests next door were very loud. For an upscale hotel, it was a terrible experience.

The staff was excellent. Rooms were nice and air conditioner ran well. The shower pressure could have been better but that could have been because was on 12th floor. Also it seemed that the paper coffee cups hadn’t been changed in a while was gona use one to make a drinks had a bunch of dust in it.

Area was quiet and hotel lobby was nice. The room decor was terrible. Bathroom had the tiniest sink possible

Room was spacious and we were upgraded to King from 2 Queens which was a larger room. Quiet and clean although bathroom needs a good, thorough cleaning. Staff was very friendly and helpful at desk and restaurant. Food was good. I needed hair dryer and although not in room (which I have seen at this property before), desk sent one up within a few minutes. Beds are very comfortable. Will stay again.

Perfect location for show at the Altria. Clean. Nice bar/restaurant. Pool table equipment a little sparse, but great to have. Valet parking a little expensive and basically only street parking available.

I arrived late (10pm) from working a tradeshow, the front desk provided great service, Valet handled my car, I was able to order food and sleep in a comfortable bed in a clean room.
