這家酒店入住時前台無人，喊了半天服務員才來；房間床品還算乾淨，但房間設施老舊，很多死角問題，不敢多看；第二天早上起來停水，店方無人告知，更沒人提供基本用水，前台無人服務；無助之下沒有洗漱直接退房，前台仍無人。雖然地處高原邊塞，但起碼的服務應該要有，另外基本衞生要做到。雖然是不好的入住體驗，但向去哪兒客服反應之後，非常重視和負責人，及時與店方溝通，妥善進行賠付。對去哪兒平台的服務非常滿意！！！本來挺好的酒店，房間寬敞，也希望店方能引以為戒，進行多方整改，好好經營，提高服務水平！

房間非常寬敞，衞生間也非常大，樓下停車場也很大，但是如同其他評論所説，運營不行，以前至少也是三或四星級酒店，很多東西（如門把手）都壞了，洗澡下水道也堵了，送的兩瓶怡寶水過期了快一個月，不過瘦死的駱駝比馬大，基本的那些還可以

下單後五分鐘有事取消，非要扣全款。任憑怎麼溝通都不行，你是窮瘋了嗎？你的系統上還説已經入住，而我離開你已經幾百公里了。我真想讓當地公安去查查你的入住記錄是怎麼登記的。誰都有個始料不及的意外事情，你覺得賺這種錢有意思嗎？我不會讓你如願的，哪怕我放棄使用了十幾年的去哪兒網。也不想讓你得逞！！！

這個酒店太大了，房間也大，設施可能還沒有完善，我們住的時候，人不多，晚上酒店太空曠，我膽子小，有點害怕，總體來説，在日土算可以了，旁邊也有加油站，吃飯要開車2分鐘

晚上入住的，門口就感覺像**，哈哈。真的，入住後窗簾什麼的，哈哈。

房間衞生可以，有電梯，很安靜視野廣闊無遮擋，熱水也足，衞生間特大還帶有浴缸，雖然浴缸用不了。
