We were very warmly welcomed. Parking outside the door. Beautiful large hotel room with beautiful bathroom and a nice sitting area. Good beds. Reception is located 100 metres from the hotel of the hotel rooms. There is also breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was very good. Prima Wifi and very quiet. A 200 meter walk from the stand is located at the Maaspaslas and there is also a private beach club. Hotel is located in a beautiful location. The beaches are not seen from the hotel. The hotel is definitely a huge adviser. We have had a nice stay at least, Minpoints: We were there on a snick-heat day and the rooms were very warm. No air conditioning. It was too warm to sit out (no shadow). The parking was full when we arrived, not with hotel guests but with beach walkers.

The reception is already the good start. The staff is mega friendly. The room or suite - class! Modern, large, fully equipped. All great. Also complete kitchen furnished is there. Good that we had the beds too soft ....is viewing matter. The drinks at the bar were amazingly good! The Gin Tonic wouldn't have got a bar better. Breakfast ....eh ....ja .... Youth hostel! This describes it fully. You get something. Cantineflair, cantine quality. Well, yes. The location of the hotel is top!

We stayed two nights in this hotel in the Roermond designer outlet weekend, located at the German border, 6 km from McArthur and Roermond city centre. The city of Düsseldorf and Maastricht are about 50 km away from the hotel, and you must know that the hotel is located on the edge of the countryside and that a car is essential to travel to the city centre. The hotel is free and breakfast is included in the price of the room. The room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped even if the decor is a little vested. These comments are also valid for the bathroom. The hotel is very comfortable and the room is very comfortable. The hotel is a very friendly and professional staff, and there is tourist information available on the site for people who want to visit the region.

Lovely hotel, very helpful and friendly reception staff , great beer , but downside unfortunately if you don’t eat meat or dairy you will struggle like we did, the staff knew we were vegan when we booked and this was also our second visit. First time we were treated very well and had good options but for some strange reason we had hardly any options at all on our second visit .We stayed for two nights and had the same dinner both nights. Breakfast was not given any thought on our second visit and disappointed with just alternative ham and cheese which we had to ask staff what we were getting at the time. On our first visit We had beans and hash browns, which we thought we would get again but didn’t. Staff in the restaurant were young and did not want to suggest anything to help. For lunch all we could have was chips as all the menus showed lots of meat options and nothing else. Very difficult to accept with the way our world is changing and how many people could be gluten free or have allergies but would struggle here sorry to say. Really hope hotels would offer a better menu for everyone to choose not just meat and vegetarian.

Today after a long period of Corona lunch on the terrace. Friendly service and a delicious torching rack. The tosti was delicious on 2 thick sticks of bread with a good butter on the tosti, which gave him a warmer touch. Unfortunately, I found my Spa red attacks. I got it in a small glass and paid for it €2.70! People who were not talking about a glass of water without a bottle (which indicated that it was a disgusting feeling because it could be a grubbing water) were behind us for €2.70. Despite the water, it was a great place to sit!

The heating has not worked (November) , the service said they control it from the reception, has not worked, my husband (installer) has got the heating back in the bathroom, But in the bedroom were only 19 degrees, and from the air conditioning came only cold air. It was supposed to be aired, but it was not fast, it was after 22:00. I wanted to give us covers. After more frequent requests we got a room in the main house because nothing was free with us. The heating was not in the bathroom either, but at least in the bedroom. There was no excuse. Very bad.

This is really a beautifully located hotel! Within the forest: 's evening a bit of walking to the Iron Rhine, and a wild pig seen. Prima wellness, with swimming pool and sauna! The room was spacious enough, bathroom idem, the soap dispenser did not well, unfortunately, because good shower stuff. The restaurant: clear , compact map. Good quality food. The staff should explain something more, for example, with the cheeses, and when I asked the superintendent for a new glass for the red wine, he first checked whether the glass was really used 😉, I think inexperience. But with all the friendly service!
