Just 2 blocks off historic downtown Rogers and within walking distance of restaurants, pubs, antique stores, hiking/mountain biking trails and the farmer's market. Great location to walk to concerts at the new Butterfield stage downtown Rogers - the Walmart Amp is only 6 miles away (live music). Beaver lake (fishing/boating) is only 10 minutes way. The cottage has high speed internet to accommodate zoom meetings and guests working remotely.A place were you can kick your feet up and just chill. 600 square feet new construction efficiently designed to maximize comfort. There is a private outdoor patio with a gas gril that opens up to Rogers city bike trails. This area of northwest Arkansas is absolutely beautiful with so much to offer. A separate invoice will be sent after booking for a $50 pet fee per dog. Guests will be responsible for all damages. Dogs are not allowed on furniture. Dogs are not to be left alone unless crated. Dogs must be picked up after in the yard or you will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
