The hotel service is good! And the room is very big, I have ordered a double room, and the room given is enough for 3 people! The location is a bit far away from city center, but it is close to the maestro station. The price is reasonable too!

Esta muy lejos del centro y lejos del metro, no vale la pena ahor**** dinero en este hotel pk no te sale a cuenta. Es un hotel muy viejo con paredes ralladas mesas ralladas, baño viejo. Puerta rota, camas viejas, colchones incomodos. No vale la pena.

Organised Rome trip with a travel agency. 3 nights with my family. On the positive aspects: this is a quiet place, good to sleep, comfortable beds. Lidl supermarket short walk away. On the negatives: absolute joke of a breakfast. Only couple of pastries. Coffee machine with some coffee-like chemical brew. Disgraceful. Staff is rude and speaks no English whatsoever.

This hotel is absolutely disgraceful. My daughter went there on a school trip for one night and the room was dirty and had a broken lock. The food was horrible, in fact nobody actually ate anything. More than one person found hair in the pasta. Absolutely to be avoided

I was a guest at the hotel for the last 3 with 120 students and I’m one of the teachers. The second morning, I discovered that my make-up had been stolen, which was very inconvenient and upsetting. I went to the front desk to report this. The lady at the front desk assumed that I was one of the students and replied in a way that seemed very indifferent and careless. She stated the students' rooms were all messy and I probably lost it in my mess. When I told her I was a teacher, she said that my roommate probably took it. This alone is a very inapropriate remark. The fact that my expensive make-up was stolen, did not seem to bother her. That was the end of that conversation, since she stopped replying to my complaint. The conversation was very difficult because her English wasn’t that good. When I addressed the problem again the next day, she told me that it couldn’t have been the cleaning lady because they didn’t clean my room. This was a weird comment because my bed was made and my colleague was at the hotel the whole day and she had seen the cleaning lady in my room. The lady at the front desk said that this wasn’t possible because they didn’t have access to my room because I had the key with me all day and there wasn’t a spare key. She was basically telling me that I was lying. I showed her my key and pointed at the shelves behind her that the spare key was there. She was perplexed. I also assume that a cleaning lady always has a master key. The lady at the front desk couldn’t find any more excuses. I ended the conversation with telling her that I would write a bad review and I would let our travel agent know that I didn’t recommend the hotel to my school. I have been treated with disrespect. You can’t tell your guest that they are liars. I had hoped this incident would be taken seriously and investigated or that I would be compensated. Which didn’t happen.

During a school trip I stayed for 1 night in the structure which appears particularly pleasant from the outside while hiding numerous rather terrifying internal problems. In my room, a very functional double room, the water came out of the shower to create an artificial lake in addition to the large amount of dust. Also in other rooms: the broken power socket, 2 dirty glasses and the broken shower door. During dinner, the staff seemed more annoyed than us. The hygienic quality of the room is completely insufficient (photos attached). A hair was found in the "amatriciana", raw chicken and dirty glasses. Breakfast was relatively comforting until getting water from a dispenser that had an aberrant taste. The conditions of the structure suggest an extremely negative experience and above all distrust towards the services offered. I believe it is a structure to avoid if you have alternatives available.

As soon as we enter we find dirty blankets, broken or dirty bathroom fixtures and the food is cold, without salt and difficult to eat. The waiters don't listen when asked or don't understand. I strongly advise against this hotel, a forgettable experience.

Rude and lax staff, non-existent cleanliness, dirty rooms (never cleaned in three days, including the bathroom), non-working television with shower that has problems closing and water that struggles to drain. Terrible minimal breakfast. TO AVOID
