Due to having a few multiple search webpages open at the same time I accidently made my reservation for the wrong date, which didn't show until the payment had gone through. I immediately contacted customer services and explained my error and that I wanted to book a more expensive room for the next day. Customer services contacted the hotel, who declined to help amend the booking, I lost my money, so I didnt end up staying there at all, and wont consider staying there in future.
Very poor customer service considering what I wanted to swap to would have been more profitable for the hotel and they were not fully booked that night.
