Let's start by saying that the hotel has a wonderful location. That the staff is nice and the breakfast is good. For the rest it seems that the interior of the structure is still in the 1920s. It would all need to be renovated. To overcome this I would put a few more "cuddles" inside the rooms so as to gratify the customer.

The property has an exceptional location by the sea with direct access which deserves a higher price but not what they offer. Really exaggerated for aged 70s interiors that have never been renovated, squeaky doors, double beds with cheap singles paired together, very small rooms. Terrible is the fact that 2 nights (which is on Friday - checkout on Sunday) access to the sea for the day of departure is not included, for the sole sum of €505. Icing on the cake, blind bathroom without fan. In short, rejected and therefore not recommended.

We had lunch today with a couple of friends, we were asked 24 euros for the first courses of the 3 year old girls, a penne with sauce (not even cooked, peeled tomatoes just warmed up, inedible) a restaurant that wants to be sophisticated without having the basics, first courses inedible and tasteless, appetizers arrived with the wrong ingredients at the table etc etc we do not recommend anyone to eat here, only the location is saved

I didn't find the hotel to be dilapidated... the maintenance is continuous without being annoying. The staff is all very kind and ready to resolve any situation. Nice places to read or chat both inside and outside. My disabled husband was finally able to stay under the umbrella. Comfortable beds and amazing sea view. The restaurant part on the terrace or with air conditioning inside is also very pleasant. Very positive opinion.S.Salvi

The Hotel retains its slightly retro charm. The common areas are elegant, beautiful rooms and the restaurant terrace overlooking the sea is beautiful. The location directly on the sea, in addition to being very beautiful, is extremely convenient. We had a room with a garden view from which it was possible to see a stretch of the sea and, I must say, we had a great time. reading the other reviews we deduce that it was one of the renovated rooms even if it still retained a slightly '60s look. The only good thing about the hotel is the view over the sea, with an amazing view (for those who pay for a sea view room). The rest is 3 stars, being generous. The bathroom needs to be redone from scratch, the old rooms, the fridge with 2 plastic bottles of water for a fee. Room change, to extend the holiday, to a room on the lower floor, when they could have made us stay in ours, putting us near the boilers! Dinner, spaghetti with clams and bottarga, without bottarga. On the last day we were confined to the swimming pool, because we would have had to pay separately to use the sunbeds on the beach, which were all empty.

I had read some bad reviews and with many doubts I booked the Hotel. To be honest, I didn't understand or maybe I don't understand the very negative reviews. The Hotel is well maintained and renovated, well cared for and always kept at its best. The restaurant's cuisine is decidedly modernized and freed of some dishes that are perhaps too old. The beach is well maintained, spacious and spotless. The staff are all very kind and cooperative, without exception. The beds are very comfortable, the air conditioning works great, the windows are new, the bathrooms are new, the minibar works the same, TV and Sky work. Maybe I stayed in a renovated part, I don't know what to think. For me, a more than positive experience, the quality/price ratio respected.

Income field from the past but for how long? The staff is friendly, the location is excellent directly on the sea, the cuisine is good but with luxury prices which in reality aren't there, in fact the request to enter in the evening in long trousers is out of place. Breakfast buffet rather simple and poorly enhanced in presentation. Rooms... I wouldn't say classic furnishings but rather old except for the modern TV on the wall. I paid for a double room with breakfast on the weekend with a sea view, 329 euros + 6 euros tourist tax, I would say absolutely excessive, I don't recommend it and I won't return under these conditions.
