My major complaint is one that is. common with many hotels. That is the concept of not offering housekeeping services unless you are staying 3 nights. I paid 260CAD per night. IMO, getting fresh towels and the garbage emptied should be part of the service. Queuing at the front desk to ask for towels is frustrating. Nice staff and we'll appointed room. The location is in an industrial park. Restos close by but anything of interest requires transportation. It wasn't an awful stay but I don't feel the value for money spent would entice me to return.

The place looks great. Very clean. We did like the pool as well. When I first got there, the main door of the front lobby would not open so I had to walk all the way to the back in the cold weather. Later on, I asked for an extra blanket and I received the sheet. We were three adults. in the morning there was only coffee for 2 with 2 cups.

Staff was not friendly. Rude checkin clerk. Asked for handicap accessible bathroom, was not given it for either room (we booked 2) Given a hard time when addressing this with hotel manager. Handicap parking is only 2 spots for 9 floor hotel and not near entrance. Fridge froze all my drinks. Will never use this hotel again. Sad, because I've stayed a many Marriotts and have NEVER been treated this way.

We loved this property. We booked it without looking at the map. Just wished it were walking distance to Quebec City. That was my fault.

We stayed 1 night at this hotel, very good price at the time, the hotel is pretty new, very clean and pretty modern furniture, the room was super clean and well furnished, comfortable bed, nice bathroom and shower, good view from 8th floor, and 15 minutes till old Quebec, a lot of fast foods and restaurants nearby, the staff were nice and helpful. The breakfast is a bit expensive and we didn’t try it.
I loved the covered parking however The only cons is that it’s missing a charging station for electric vehicles.
I totally recommend it.
