Hotel location is great as near to plenty of shopping and foods places. Free breakfast is a plus and room is clean and comfortable, overall very satisfied with the stay at Omiya.

房間不太大，但一個人住也合適，挺安靜和乾淨衞生的，離大宮車站非常近，周邊很繁華，購物出行都非常方便。

駅前の近場で東口は飲屋街も多く、立地は良かったと思います。無料の朝食サービスもあり、部屋毎にWi-Fiもあるので良かったです。

幾年沒去日本了 酒店都改成自助入住了 完全不會操作 還好有工作人員幫助 上樓需要刷卡 房間還算可以我28寸的箱子攤出來後還有行走的空間 浴室水量也很大 床頭充電的有usb款式的 很貼心的設計 總體來説入住體驗很好 請各位注意 連住的話第二天請提交房卡否則不會進入打掃衹會在門上給你掛個袋子裏面是毛巾浴巾和垃圾袋需要自己動手 我們不知道根本沒人給我們説明這個情況 提醒其他朋友一定要注意這個情況！酒店早餐一般衹能説一般 吃的種類不多 三個小菜一些色拉酸奶和兩三個品種的飲料 沒有水果沒有牛奶提供 飯糰感覺也一般般 不如幾年前的早餐好吃了 衹能説湊合著吃一下了

歯ブラシがとヘアブラシが部屋になく、必要ならフロントの近くにおいてある物を持ってくるとゆうかたちだったが、お茶などはムリになくてもいいが歯ブラシとヘアブラシは必ず使う物なので部屋に置いてほしい。
あと、ガウンの様な物が何もなかったのは
かなり不便で困った。
接客は普通より少し良かったのが救い。
