"The location is very convenient, the hotel facilities are very complete, the swimming pool and beach are pretty good, but the hotel is old and the rooms are small, but it is still acceptable. However, the front desk is a bit unreliable, they don't tell you anything unless you ask, and the resort fee is not mentioned in advance, but it is directly deducted from the depost. The efficiency is also very low, which is quite outrageous."
"Generally speaking, the room is large, but the details are very rough, really not luxury, the advantage is that there is valet parking, and the breakfast is also good. PS: The picture on the wall has fallen off."
"If you like a small intimate hotel, rich in culture and tapestry you cannot go wrong here.
Is beautiful, tasteful and has all of the amenities for your stay.
As well as a four poster bed, lovely and warm shower there is a roof top with a hot tub that is lovely and hot, with sun beds too.
It is so tasteful and exquisite you will be blown away.
The staff clock off early, so you have to remember to have your access codes to get in the front door. The staff were very warm and welcoming to us.
There is a large dining room with an ice maker and microwave.
You’ll love it, just like we did."

"The staff was overwhelmingly wonderful. The beds and pillows were incredible (I'd love to order some of those pillows!) Location was great, a few blocks from anything you need, beach, restaurants, etc. Restaurant attached was wonderful, and recommended restaurants in area were fantastic. Safe neighborhood.
The hotel is in the midst of a merger with the hotel next door. That was a bit confusing for the taxi driver.
The only negative was the elevator was not functional to catch on the way down. So, we had to walk down 4 flights, without a railing. I have bad knees and feet, so this was difficult. And we limited the number of times we had to go down the stairs, which cramped our style.
They apologized up and down about the elevator, but, there was no offer to help with the bags or to at least help with the elevator the last morning.
I recommend providing they fix the elevator, put in a railing in the stairwell, and offer assistance with bags under these sorts of circumstances."
"The location of the hotel is OK, there are many restaurants nearby, there is a very good supermarket, but there are not many parking spaces. #隔音度# It is very common to hear the sound of the road at night, the hot water of the hotel has to be improved! Nearby are the cruise terminal, the old city of San Juan and the Cape St. Philippe Castle, as well as the beach..."
"The location is great, located in the old town, only a 10-minute walk from the castle, and also close to the so-called ”Umbrella Street”, in short, it is convenient to go everywhere.
The hotel itself is OK, and it also has a sense of history, but we only stayed for one night, and the overall feeling was good."
"Very new hotel, the room is a little smaller, not far from the beach, surrounded by Hilton hotels and several high-end apartments. Breakfast is arranged in a nearby restaurant. The supply is relatively simple. The hotel is not very convenient for parking. The only car parked at the Hilton Hotel and a shopping mall is expensive. 24 baht per 24 hours, some open parking is cheaper. But nobody was taken care of at night. Several young girls at the front desk have strong communication skills. The ferry to C Island was changed to Ceiba. Fajardo, who was not checked before, fortunately, the exchange was clear before, and almost missed the trip and praised the front desk!"
"Excellent room, the only thing is the parking lot is very far…"

Great
GGuest UserIts a very clean hotel with many places to eat within walking distance as well as a movie theater, grocery store, and pharmacy down the street. It has a nice restaurant and rooftop pool that is very relaxing. The room was clean and had an ice maker, large sink and refrigerator. The only things I would improve are the lighting in the rooms - its somewhat dim if you need to do some work - they only have lamps and one small accent light in the ceiling - at least in the room I was in. The bathroom sink in my room was very small- couldn't hold toothbrush, razor, etc on it like most sinks. Those are small inconveniences - overall it's a very nice place to stay, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the location was great.

GGuest UserOne of the reason we booked your hotel is that we called the customer service and they told us you could keep our luggage for more than one day. However, you didn’t do that. We have four 28 inch suitcases and we need to find another place to keep them even though we have reservation again after two days. That was a terrible experience!

SSkylaGAhhh where to start? I had an amazing time at this hostel. I was always greeted in such a friendly way, and the rooms were always cleaned and well maintained by the excellent housekeeper, Edwin. He was so kind and gave great recommendations, and kept the bathroom and room very well maintained and clean. Dinelys and Nina were both so helpful and welcoming, especially since it was my first time in a hostel. I enjoyed my first time so much that I came back for another 4 nights a few days later! And thank God I did, i met some incredible people on my return visit! The rooftop is wonderful, and I felt very at home. The beach is a quick 6-10 minute walk away, and there’s plenty of food and shops around. Will absolutely stay again the next time I’m in San Juan! 🤍🤍
GGuest UserWe had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. It's a short car or bus ride from the eastern-side forts and Viejo San Juan, and they had a lovely pool (the second photo was the view from the pool area overlooking the lagoon) and exercise room. We had breakfast at the hotel during our stay, and the food was solid in terms of both hot and cold options (but unfortunately there wasn't any variety between days); we enjoyed the made-to-order omelets very much. The highlight included amenity of this hotel was the beach umbrellas and chairs at the Playita del Condado, which was a calmer beach and away from the ripcurrents; we were also able to use the pools at the Condado Plaza.
HHANThere are not many Puerto Rico hotels to choose from on Ctrip, and the reviews are limited. Most of them are reproduced on booking. This hotel was chosen at random based on price and location. The hotel is quite old, the rooms are not big and clean, ten minutes drive from the old town, and there are some seaside highway scenery along the way. The hotel has two small swimming pools, which are mainly used to bring baby water. The beach in the hotel is very close, and a nice evening walk. Nearby restaurants, supermarkets, and Star Dad are available. There is a Chinese restaurant opened by Cantonese. The dishes are generally large but expensive, and three people eat ninety dollars quickly. Not recommended if there is no obsession with Chinese food. Breakfast at the hotel is not bad. If the requirements are not high, it is okay to eat enough. After all, the old breakfast is simple. After staying for two days, I got up to prepare for a bath the next day and found that there was no hot water. The parking lot is huge, $ 17 a night.
GGuest UserRoom and pool was very clean. Staff were friendly and efficient when bringing out drinks out to the pool. Front desk staff answered my questions politely and effectively. In great location- you can walk to Condado area easily as well as other places to eat in Miramar area

LLIFANGThe location of the hotel is very good. It is located on Condado Road. There are many delicious restaurants here, including several Chinese restaurants. It is also very close to the beach and casino. The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the front desk service is warm and thoughtful. We moved to a homestay in the ancient city in the next few days, and our stay was not as comfortable and convenient as this hotel. So next time I come to San Juan, I will choose this hotel again. DDermasLa Terraza is a nice boutique hotel in old San Juan and located great. We had a balcony suite, and it was surprisingly clean and spacious. We had to ask for towels each day, but those at the desk were very kind about getting us what we needed. The pool looked like a large infinity in the picture, but really it was a tiny wading pool...the rooftop terrace was lovely and inviting for a midnight rendezvous. We wish the bar was open or the drink machine worked, and it would've been nice.
The breakfast was delightful and homemade...and there was always coffee or tea available.
I would definitely stay here again for its quaintness and location. We had a fine stay.

SSeñor GringoGreat, convenient location if U want to explore Santurce/Miramar by just walking. 4 blocks away is Ciudadela which has a 24 hr Pueblo, Planet Fitness, & Mercado La Carreta cafe. Directly across for Ciudadela is a food truck food court called Lote 23 (very tasty, interesting mix). Also don't miss Abracadaba brunch & local coffee spot 787 Coffee. Also couple of good Mex restaurants on Ave José de Diego. U can use this same road to walk to Condado beach 🏖️ area, approx 15 minutes. There are also electric 🛴 on the sidewalks for rent.
Right next to hotel just down hill is La Casona (beautiful garden restaurant & fine dining). Just across street from this,on Avenida Juncos, is Burrillos Santurce; a really tasty & very good prices casual Mex 🌯 spot (order at counter & sit). 3 min walk....
Even though location is excellent, the hotel itself is definitely budget. No significant amenities, small rooms & even smaller bathrooms. Water pressure on low side. Rooms have flat panels & cable (didn't use though). AC as much nicer, quiet split type units, worked very well. Small rooms also much easier & quicker to cool. Kinda old, outdated & funky (but also a lot of character), but if U just need a functional place to crash, the room prices are very very good! $65-80/night vs $400 ?!? Also has 1 self serve laundry wash n dry machines. In lobby is a small cafe-type seating area. Free wifi, but kinda slow. Depending on room location, there can be noise issues. Rooms directly above the Asia di Lima restaurant's exhaust fan (on Calle San Jorge side) should keep windows closed btwn 4-11pm to minimize cooking exhaust odors.
Anyway... would definitely stay here again; especially if the room rates ate below $80/day. And don't really need a lot of fluff; not on vacation to hang out in tiny room or hotel property. If U want the resort experience... Caribé Hilton, Vanderbilt, La Concha, or Sonesta or El San Juan in Isla Verde... but you're paying $300-800/night !!
If U stay here, don't be shy! Get out & walk around as much as possible... you'll be surprised by all the off-the-beaten path cool stuff you'll find. A much more authentic 🇵🇷 experience!
