All inclusive worth it bartender by the pool is amazing and attentive. Food is good but some dinner need reservations just a heads up.

Las instalaciones son muy viejas, intentamos llamar a recepción desde la habitación pero el teléfono no servia por los años que tenia ,las toallas que nos proporcionaron estaban mojadas, la comida y la cena es buena

시설 관리가 잘 되어 있을 뿐만 아니라 직원들이 매우 친절하고 우호적입니다.
또한 올 인클루시브의 식사와 식음료도 다양하고 맛이 좋으며 잘 관리고 붐비지 않는 리조트의 프라이빗 해변에서 한가로운 휴식을 취할 수 있습니다.
3박 4일을 묵었는데 기회가 되면 다시 찾고 싶을 뿐만 아니라 지인들에게 적극 추천하고 싶습니다.

Great hotel for all inclusive stay with both a nice pool area and easy to jump in the sea as well. Very friendly staff as well. Will recommend.

The property is very old with no updating. There were no towels or blankets in the room, when we finally received towels we were given 2. The toilet leaked water on the bathroom floor, we called to have it fixed, they came quickly, but the fix was to shut off the water to the toilet so we had no working toilet all night. It’s an all inclusive but both the food and the drinks were pretty bad. The food at the buffet was consistently cold. Fortunately there were always fruit and salad options. The best food there was burgers and fries from the poolside grill, which were not included and were an additional charge. Tried several of the cocktails from the menu trying unsuccessfully to find one that was made well. Gave up and drank soda. It does have a nice pool, but the water was too cold to swim, and a nice sandy beach area by the water. If the food and drinks had been palatable the stay would have been ok.

We were there last year and were unhappy there this year. They’ve removed all the furniture from the rooms and put a hammock inside each room. There was no luggage rack, dresser, or chair in the room. You either had to put your suitcase and clothes on the other bed, or on the floor. The food was below average this year. The restaurant staff would stand around and not refill any of the empty trays. There were 3 staff that were outstanding though. The guy making omelets, the energetic gal at the pool restaurant and Valentin, the waiter at all of the specialty dinners. He was our favorite and he remembered us from last year. The pool was always clean. There were no towels in our room when we arrived so we had to go to the front desk to ask for some. They don’t use washcloths, so bring your own.

The only very positive was Daniel the bartender!! He was amazing.
The hallways were so dirty, there were dead bugs on the floor and rodent feces in the window sills.
We placed dirty dishes on the garbage cans after room service. The dishes sat in the hallway for 3 days while others dirty dishes were added.
The food was awful. We did not eat at the hotel for most of our all-inclusive meals because the food was terrible.
Our room had a dresser with drawers that did not work, it took 2 days to get towels, our bathtub was peeling and the shower head had so much buildup on it that it barely worked.

The all inclusive option was awesome. The food was so good and there was many choice of food to choose from. The chicken was the best i had for a long time. The only down size for us was that it was an older crowd 60 years old and many americain. Would recommend !
