Trying to reach hotel and cancel booking for almost 2 days.. phone right out to Barcelona..?? No answer. Huge stops jhave trashed my schedule..working on alternates now. Sorry! Capt M Hayward ACP MacLeod Av YVR

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel: Pro’s: Friendly, hard working staff; comfortable bed; excellent food in restaurant; entertainment every night; state of the art TV in room; could always find a sunbed in one of areas belonging to the hotel. Con’s: Poor sound insulation in room (we were unfortunate to get a 2nd floor room which faced the noisy main service entrance of the hotel, which sprang into action as early as 6am, also had a neighbour who had their TV on until 2am each night. Very dated slippery shower-in-bath set up bordering on dangerous. Would we stay there again? Yes, but would pay the extra for a premium room in a better location within the hotel, with walk in shower.

5/5 Our 5th stay and again superb Great location, an easy stroll into the town and harbour area Many returning guests which says a lot about how good the hotel is Food plentiful and varied Evening entertainment generally good but you need to decide what you like Resident entertainment duo are excellent. Very bubbly, enthusiastic and hardworking Hotel staff equally as good. Nikki outstanding Pool area quite with plenty of loungers Lovely views out to sea Ses Estaques ticks all our boxes and we’ll certainly be returning However, on arrival - 11PM offered very poor standard sandwiches. After a long day travelling something better would have been much more appropriate. Even just better sandwiches Same on leaving. Bus 7 PM and restaurant not open. Nothing offered to eat so missed a meal on arrival and leaving. Shame

Hello Please let me tell you about the Catalonia Ses Estaques, this is 100% a 2 star hotel. In 23 years this is the worst hotel we have stayed in, I’ll go through each problem we had. Plus photos, Room - after complaining about our 1st room we had a free upgrade, and don’t get excited about this, we didn’t, the room is that small you struggle to get 2 people in. It’s like the 1070’s which some people may like, as reviews state. They still have the damp, the shower curtain (didn’t think they existed anymore) threadbare towels and the worst mattress I’ve slept in for a long while. Tye patio doors do NOT close properly, meaning the noise from the seafront is immense. Dinning - this is just a NO, the food is BAD, really bad, the starters are, sliced plastic cheese and and and. More sliced plastic cheese. 1 option which was beef n gravy, RUBBER beef and water, looked as if this had been cooked a month before.. we couldn’t eat and went to a restaurant outside. Breakfast- fried egg, and sausage. Think it was sausage and SLICED CHEESE (plastic). we never ate in the restaurant again Outside pool area - make sure you’re up at 05.00am to get one of the 20 sunbeds. As the English have taken it to a new level of reserving the beds. Then your sat on plastic chairs. With NO padding, these chairs must have been thrown out from butlins in the 50’s and shipped over here. Sunbeds and chairs, terrible, like plastic hard fibre. We never sat at the pool area, die to never getting a sunbed, the pool Being dirty, I did hear other guests complaining about the cleanliness of the pool. Please look closely at my pictures Please don’t book here, you will be disappointed, unless you like awful food, no sunbed to lye on (unless your up a 5am to get your towel on, not 05.05am as they will ALL be gone within 5 mins) and then, It looks hard work. And you can sit on the Rock hard plastics chairs for 8 hours Oh, and then get told at 09.30am. No bread left, it’s a joke. I think they have been filming in her for a carry on film, it should be filmed for holidays from hell. This is a bad place. I’m waiting to pay another £1000 to move hotels for the remainder (4 days) Just had a reply. The want £1,345 to change for 4 days, although email was send at 11.30am saying I needed to check out at 11am or be charged another night. I have now been told, to find my own accommodation, customer service from TUI needs to be addressed, people should be in the service industry when it’s this bad, I have about 40 photos of how bad this place is, please look at all the review sits. I’ve placed them on. NEVER BOOK WITH TUI, stick with JET2 Oh, the only helpful member of staff was the housekeeper, I put her has the manager me, as everyone else was unwilling to help, resolve or even smile

A very pleasant stay.Staff are very friendly and helpful.Some initial teething problems but soon rectified.

The Staff on reception very helpful and friendly the food in the restaurant was cold the ground floor rooms at sea view side never get sun

The location of the hotel is lovely with a easy walk into the harbour , town and the other way a nice coastal path that goes all the way to Es Cana . We had a 5 th floor room overlooking the harbour this does also look onto a boatyard where work starts at 08.00 in the morning, it didn't bother us as this is the time we would be waking anyway and the view made up for it . The rooms are spacious extremely clean with the comfiest bed I have ever had on a holiday , shower wasn't the best but was adequate. Very quiet at night had really good sleeps . Food was plentiful with lots of choices did hear some complain but we found it to be OK some nights better than others , gorgeous Salmon one night and lovely paella, good salad bar , cheese and biscuits choice of meats , fish , soup oh and tasty porridge in the morning. We found all staff in all areas to be very helpful and friendly. Would definitely return. Thanks to all the staff .

The location is excellent, would highly recommend a sea view room with balcony. The pool was lovely and warm and enjoyed sunbathing on the front No problem getting a sunbed ( may do in high season ) Breakfast included a wide variety but missed a decent coffee. We loved walking round the marina in an eve - loads of different restaurants and bars within walking distance. Surprisingly we fid find the average age of guests to be older than expected. There was entertainment on in an evening but not for us.

Amazing service. Stunning location. The entertainment night was awesome and the fantastic host Dari was so welcoming to our choir who sang there. The stage had beautiful lighting with a beautiful bar area and the drinks were very reasonably priced.
