I got stuck a snow storm and they refused to refund me anything. I know it's policy, but it's their decision to do it or not. Most of the time they will make an exception

The old man at the front desk moved very slowly. A bit old. The breakfast was not good either. The coffee is weak and the milk is weak.

Disgusting room was not cleaned. Served frozen pizza for breakfast. Blood on the sheets and mattress cover my kids slept in and didn’t see until the morning: would only refund $10 and now having issues getting my $100 incidental hold- now a charge- returned to me 3 days after the fact.

Mold in bathroom shelving. Breakfast- juice machine empty, coffee weak, hot choice wAs pizza slices. Very little else

Room was clean and nice. This hotel served all of our basic needs, providing a great place to stay with clean facilities. Simple/basic interior, nothing fancy, but for the price point, it can't be beat. Great value while fulfilling all of our needs.
