We booked with the hotel for a stay in September 2020 but due to COVID was provided with a 18 month voucher and if not used, to be refunded with the full amount. Tried contacting the hotel directly on multiple occasions and also Bloom Travel but no one has gotten back to me on my request for a refund. Terrible customer service and I would avoid it like a plague.
