Very professional and helpful introduction to the hotel and the facilities. Extremely helpful and friendly personal. The hotel is very clean, breakfast is good. The hotel is not accessible by the car, but a big public carpark is very near. The hotel staff arrange somebody to pick you up and help you with your luggage.

河流部分挺美的，夜景一絕，但我真的覺得不值這個價格。個人認為四五千比較合理。入住當晚酒店直接跳閘停電一小時，而且服務員沒有任何sorry的意思，伸手不見五指的時候跟我説have a good night……. 而且這個房間完全沒有信號的，全靠wifi 斷電了真的就衹能大眼瞪小眼，第二天早上吃早飯的時候又停了十幾分鍾。第二天打電話叫bell boy來又等很久，幾個前台感覺完全不交接工作的。房間的泳池裡很多沙子和小飛蟲，泳池的自動循環清潔感覺完全沒在工作，水也沒有前面幾天住的類似房型乾淨。

怎麼説呢，酒店的地段實在太好了，幾乎佔據了oia最好的位置，酒店服務也非常非常好，早餐都送到房間，當然，房間很貴，面對這個房價，房間本身的質素就一般般，但是難得去度個假還是非常值得。我想我會永遠記住這家酒店的。

洞穴酒店的洞穴泳池沒有進行清潔和患水裡面有非常多的蒼蠅，所以預訂的朋友記得告訴酒店要求他們更換水，然後並做泳池的清潔。除此以外酒店的風景地理位置服務餐飲都是非常非常棒的。

酒店在伊亞，門口就是打卡勝地，每次出去回來都要穿過擁擠人羣，酒店員工會幫助搬運行李，都是狹窄台階，服務很熱情

酒店服務很好，碼頭接站，行李送入房間，餐飲服務，送客都服務周到。酒店位置絕佳，晚餐可觀日落，房間面朝大海，美景盡收眼底。

酒店地理位置很好，服務很好，出門就是咿亞小鎮，在酒店就可以打卡藍頂教堂，酒店在最佳日落點有私人位置供酒店住客觀賞日落，走過去5分鐘。早餐不錯，酒店屋頂室外餐廳環境美，晚餐牛排、帶子很好吃！

また、朝食も最高なので泊まる方は是非朝食も付けることをオススメします。
夜ご飯のレストランを全然決めずに行ったのですが、スタッフさんが色々と教えてくれて、予約までしてくれました。
