The hotel is set on a beautiful property, with spacious rooms, excellent cleaning service, and truly outstanding breakfasts. Special thanks to the restaurant staff, housekeeping, and pool attendants — they work professionally and with care. However, international guests should be aware: the front desk staff speak almost no English. In my case, this resulted in confusion during check-in, issues with payment, and overall stress after a long flight and a typhoon. Even the simplest requests turned into a challenge with a translator, and sometimes into wasted time. Another point — some services (such as movie access or sunbeds by the pool) unexpectedly turned out to be paid, although this was not mentioned on Trip.com. For local guests this may be normal, but for international visitors it’s important to know. The room was comfortable, with a good bed and balcony, and the cleaning and grounds were excellent. But overall, the stay felt more tiring than relaxing. After this hotel, I stayed at other international chains (Hyatt, etc.) and immediately felt the difference: there, staff speak English and have modern translation devices. Conclusion: If you are a Chinese traveler, you will probably enjoy this hotel. If you are an international guest looking for comfort and peace of mind without language barriers, it is better to choose an international brand hotel on the island.
