This didn't reach my expectations, the location of the hotel is horrible, far from everything, can't easily get a taxi, the reception is a mess, no one understands English, the room is very untidy inside and very old, no maintenance, although the very of the outside is good..all in all not good enough

Can this be called a hotel? The hygiene is so bad that I feel sick living here. There are stains all over the walls and the bedside. The bathroom has no door and faces the toilet. The wash basin is right next to the bed and has cracks. The door lock is broken and can't lock the door.

The room is like the one in northern Myanmar, full of age, and there is no way to clean the accumulated dirt over the years. The toiletries have a peculiar smell. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

The external environment is good, but the internal environment is messy and poor. There are no waiters, no water heater, no slippers, the person in charge cannot be found when checking out, and the phone cannot be connected! Management is so bad!
