Great hotel location, walking distance to Sapporo Station. Safe is too small to put laptop. Room is big but not enough furnishings, no proper table to make tea or coffee in the room. Toilet is big but not enough hooks to hang towel or clothes.

I stayed in this new hotel for 3 night. It's a new hotel with modern inferior design. I love it that it has a convenient store within the hotel which is a good thing. A 15-20 mins walk will get you to Sapporo TV tower. Breakfast have a good variety but seem like the 3 days of serving the same breakfast may not be that great. The gym open at 1pm which I don't understand why. The last straw was when I gotten back to my room which was made up but the room service left 2 bag of garbage along my bathroom walkway to the door. Such an unpleasant experience. My first for sure.

Onsen area is very, The room a little bit small but the view is very nice, The family mart down stairs is still construction

Beautiful design and Onsen. Very limited service as they only clean and service rooms every 3 days and should therefore not get a 4star classification! Automated check in and no concierge services so they don’t help with restaurant bookings etc. a lot if glitz, not a lot of substance!

Great location but the room is very small due to the long corridor and room lobby. The rest are great.

The onsen is new and spacious with city view. Excellent relaxing lounge area with great city view too. Room is a bit too small for 3 pax.

10 mins walk from Sapporo train station. Decent room and very comfortable clean onsen on the rooftop.

facilities are superb. location a bit far from the rest but understandable the con is check in time.

Hot spring is fantastic. Breakfast is nice. Convenient to have a supermarket right opposite. Better drive there. Parking is convenient.

Facilities: It's a newly opened hotel. All the facilities are new, but the convenience inside the hotel is not high. First of all, there are many useless places in the engineering. There is a towel rack above the toilet. If you are not careful, the towel will fall into the toilet. There is no rest area in the whole hotel. There is a lounge for drinking and eating in the sauna area on the 25th floor, but it closes at 10:30 at the latest, and you can't bring food bought from the convenience store downstairs to eat inside. If you want to buy something to eat in the supermarket after 10:30, you can only eat in your room. It's funny. Hygiene: There are hygienic disturbances every day, but the bathrobe you change after taking a sauna is always taken away, so you have to go to the front desk on the first floor to get it. Environment: It is about 700 meters away from the JR station. It is convenient to walk there, but there is construction near the station. It is very inconvenient to push a stroller. There are also many Zhouwei restaurants. There is a Family Mart and a currency exchange machine downstairs. The exchange rate is just like robbing money. Service: There is no service. There are a lot of foreign tourists staying here, but the waiter's English level is limited. You can only use a translator. I think the hotel's breakfast is not bad. It is 4,000 yen. Japanese and Western buffets, but it is difficult to satisfy everyone. My family thinks it is unpalatable. The hotel's laundry room is always busy. It is not easy to wash clothes. If you need it, you have to line up and watch.

The hotel is small, and they don't clean every day. I don't know if Japanese hotels don't have some medical first aid kits. When the kids were playing on the swings outside, my husband was bitten by a tick while sitting on the stone bench next to him. We wanted to ask for some iodine or alcohol to disinfect at the front desk, but there was nothing! We looked for pharmacies everywhere late at night, but almost all of them were closed. We could only buy a high-proof liquor at 711 to deal with it! The service at the front desk was also very cold, and even laughed wildly after we entered. The front desk waiter with glasses was terrible! Chinese people should stay less at this hotel. We stayed for three days. We knew from the reviews in advance that they would not clean every day. When we called the front desk to remind them to clean the next day, they hung up before we finished talking. There was no sense of service at all! There were many people in the hot water room upstairs, and there was nothing to soak in!
