I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel, and I would especially like to commend one of the staff members, Yamamoto. She is extremely friendly, approachable, and professional. What stood out the most is that she can speak Chinese, which was a great help for international travelers like me. During my stay, I encountered an issue with my delayed baggage, and I was quite stressed as I could not communicate in Japanese. Yamamoto kindly stepped in and assisted me by communicating with the person in charge on my behalf. Thanks to her patience and dedication, I was finally able to get my baggage back. I truly appreciate her willingness to go above and beyond to help guests. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for tourists who are not able to communicate in Japanese. The service here is excellent, and Yamamoto’s support made my stay much more comfortable and reassuring.

Staff: The staff are very kind and helpful. 👎 The Not-So-Good (Drawbacks): Lighting: Some guests have noted that the lighting in the rooms can be slightly dark, which might be inconvenient for tasks like applying makeup. Dining: The immediate surrounding area right outside the hotel may have fewer restaurants or convenience stores compared to the absolute center of Susukino. Verdict: This hotel is a fantastic choice if you appreciate modern style, top-tier cleanliness, and are eager to take advantage of the unique sauna and free nightly ramen. Its slightly quieter location is balanced by excellent subway access.

The hotel is warm and cozy, with friendly staff who are able to communicate in English. You are allowed to borrow books to read in your room. There is also a nice cafe on the ground floor. The room is spacious and clean. The location is also convenient as it was on the end of the shopping street, where there are not many people around, but you can find a lot of shops and restaurants only few blocks away.
