"This time, I took annual leave and brought my mom to Xining before the National Day holiday. I chose this Sofitel hotel on Trip.com. Three days before check-in, I received a confirmation call from the hotel and added the concierge on WeChat, which felt quite friendly. Upon arrival, due to weather issues, our flight was delayed by about an hour, and it was already past 10 PM. The front desk lady was still fully focused and quickly handled our check-in, also providing some tips about the weather and getting around. The room was quite spacious and even had a humidifier. For some reason, my lips felt very dry during my stay in Xining, but I didn't have that feeling back in Shanghai. The bed was soft yet supportive, and my back felt very comfortable after a night's sleep. The pillows were also suitable, and my neck and shoulders didn't ache. The teabags provided in the room were also very fragrant and not bitter. The toilet paper was thick and reassuring to use. The housekeeping lady even left a handwritten card, which felt very heartwarming. The hotel's second-floor banquet hall often hosts wedding banquets. During my stay in Xining, I stumbled upon several weddings, including Tibetan-style ones. I even encountered a lady in ******* traditional dress in the elevator who enthusiastically invited us to observe, allowing us to experience ******* wedding culture. Overall, the Sofitel truly offered good value, even exceeding expectations."

"The hotel is in a very convenient downtown location, and the front desk staff are excellent! Plus, there's free parking and a good breakfast. The only downside is that with several hotels sharing the same elevators, there's often a long wait. Overall, I'm very satisfied!"

"The hotel was unexpectedly great! I had originally booked a twin-bed standard room but accidentally got a king-size one. The front desk lady, Mengjie, was very understanding and helped me switch to a twin-bed room. The room was spacious and very well-designed. What's more, she knew I had an early train to catch the next morning, so she not only gave us complimentary breakfast but also arranged for us to have it early and even provided a car to take us to the train station. The hotel breakfast was also excellent; despite us eating half an hour early to catch our train, there was a rich variety of dishes. The restaurant staff, especially Xiao Wang, provided wonderful service and even arranged two servings of nut yogurt for us. It truly felt like a home away from home, I was so touched! Definitely a five-star rating!!!"

"A Warm and Memorable Stay in Xining ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a truly wonderful stay at Boliya Bu Hotel in Xining. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed not only by the excellent facilities and comfortable rooms, but also by the warm and thoughtful service. One of the hotel staff members shared their service philosophy with us: “我们希望给客人带来最温馨的体验” — “We strive to provide our guests with the warmest and most welcoming experience.” We felt that this was truly reflected in the way the staff treated us throughout our stay. What made our stay especially memorable was the genuine hospitality of the staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive and always ready to help. Their sincere and caring service gave us a wonderful feeling of being welcomed and looked after, rather than simply being hotel guests. The hotel also provides many thoughtful complimentary services, including a good breakfast, late-night snacks and a self-service laundry room. These little touches made our stay so much more convenient and comfortable, especially after a long day of travelling and sightseeing. The facilities are excellent, the service is outstanding, and the overall experience is excellent value for money. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Xining!"

"Let's start with the positives: the location is excellent, with many restaurants nearby making dining convenient, and there's an airport shuttle stop right outside. The higher floors offer a panoramic view of the city's nightscape, which was one of the reasons I chose this hotel for my last stop in Xining before flying home. However, on the second day, breakfast was a bizarre experience. They had simply set up a few tables with food in the second-floor hallway, and strangers were squeezed together at large round tables to eat. It was incredibly awkward. There were only two or three unresponsive servers who showed no service awareness. On the third day, we were informed that breakfast had returned to the first-floor restaurant, and the food and environment were finally up to a normal hotel standard. Since my flight was in the afternoon, I called the front desk and was granted a late check-out until 3 PM, which shows the hotel's consideration for guests and good service. This is also why I gave a higher rating."

"The experience of this e-sports hotel exceeded expectations, the computer configuration is very high, the high-end graphics card is matched with 2K high swipe screen, the whole process of running large games is silky and no carding, the gigabit network delay is very low, and the group battle is particularly stable. The e-sports chair supports very well, and it will not be sore when sitting for a long time. The room was cleaned very clean, there was no smell, the sound insulation effect was excellent, the front desk service was warm and thoughtful, the price was full, and the friend was the first choice, and I would come again next time."

"This hotel is a little out of the city center, but honestly, we loved it! The river just outside is beautiful—perfect for getting on a boat or taking a relaxing walk any time of day. The hotel itself is modern, with good amenities, I appreciated the lighting in the rooms, and our room was incredibly comfortable and well-designed."
