"We had an amazing 2N stay at Ringo Lodge! Room was ok size for 3 pax, service was great and breakfast was basic but decent. The place is well kept and easy to get to with a car. The only thing we needed to get used to was the shared toilet/shower arrangement. The shower was spacious and had an open air bath which was really nice, especially after a long day! There is only 1 toilet for each gender, toilet does not have a heater, so can be quite cold in Winter months."

"This trip to White Horse stayed in three hotels, run by Japanese, and European and American. This home is the most satisfying. First of all, the hotel chosen by the Japanese in Hakuba must be better than the Europeans. No matter the cleanliness of the hotel or the enthusiasm of the boss. This old Japanese couple has been running a homestay for over 30 years. At first glance, the boss has accumulated many years. The homestay occupies two single-family villas, and the boss owns a bus! The two of us sat on the exclusive bus to enjoy the pick-up and drop-off service. My chin was frightened. I never came to Baima to see the hotel's own bus. The location is great. Five minutes walk from base camp, one of Hakuba's core bus stops. If you go to Wuxi 47, it will be more convenient. Besides the room. It is very large and has its own separate toilet (including bathroom), which is not available in many Japanese-style hotels. The only shortcoming of the room was the two of us, but there were only two single beds and no large bed. A new family room was given to us when I checked in. It was also three single beds, so maybe there is no double room? The room we booked did not include meals. The breakfast was 600 yen per person. We thought it was not expensive and we tried it. Em, there was only one slice of toast and unlimited coffee milk cereal, which was too monotonous and not worth trying. It is better to go out a few hundred meters to buy breakfast near base camp. Finally the owner is very enthusiastic (this is the advantage of all Japanese homestays). There are local apples for sale at the front desk. The price of 100 is a conscience. I stayed for 3 nights and ate 5 apples. It was very sweet."

"This hotel has beautiful views of the mountains. The staff are all extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The breakfast was excellent with a good selection of Western and Japanese food. The rooms are comfortable and also have a nice view. If you’re staying here to ski, this hotel is a shuttle stop, so it is easy to get to the slopes. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Hakuba."

"My friend’s luggage got misplaced to another bus during our way from airport to Hakuba! The staff was super helpful and helped us to contact the bus driver and got it to be deliver back to us. The location is super convenient! Just right in front a chair lift. The staff are all super friendly. The room is clean & big enough for 3 ppl."

"Service was in general good. Most staff can speak English and were very helpful.  We booked their teppanyaki restaurant but due to a member being sick, we cancelled it one day ahead.  However, we were then being told that there is a 50% charge which was not explained to us when we made the booking.  After some back and forth, they finally agreed to waive it.  Appreciated that but it was a hassle.  The apartment is nice and juices and water were included in the fridge.  There's no onsen nor swimming pool nor a gym in the hotel.  Breakfast was good with lots of varieties.  Location is excellent within walking distance to the Main Street in Echoland where most restaurants are.  Hotel provides shuttle buses to Happo One and Hakuba 47.  "

"The hotel staff were incredibly friendly. There's a self-service UCC coffee machine in the lobby with free refills. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the large windows offered fantastic views of the snowy landscape. Our room was fully equipped for cooking, with a stove, sink, microwave, fridge, and kettle – everything you need to prepare your own dinner if you're on vacation. If you're driving, there's a large supermarket just a minute or two away. Plus, there's a hot spring bath, which is perfect for soaking away fatigue after skiing. They also offer free parking and ski equipment rental, which was both good quality and reasonably priced. If I ever visit Hakuba again, I'd definitely choose this hotel."

"Family hotel, the hotel is very simple, the transportation is very convenient, the room is cold and hot, and it is impossible to take a shower. But the hotel's own hot spring is great and the breakfast is delicious. The boss is family-friendly. But the 1600 New Year's Eve can't be said to be cost-effective"

"Going skiing in December The Wulong Pavilion is a good choice. It is very close to the Happo ski resort. If the rental equipment staff will pick you up and pick up the cable car station in the morning, the hotel will also have a special car to pick up the service. The days of heavy snowfall are really good. On the ground floor of the hotel, each room has a box for storing ski equipment. It is also very convenient, and there is also a laundry dryer. The hot spring feels slightly ordinary, but there are also outdoor soups, and the water temperature is not hot enough. The basic varieties of breakfast are available, and dinner is average. Overall, it is a good choice to go skiing for a few days."
