It took less than 10 minutes on foot from Sendai station on the navigation street. Reception was smooth. It's a large hall. Two elevators. The building is old but well maintained and clean. I felt nostalgic. It felt like an old hotel. Even if it's not the latest, it's well maintained. There was an air purifier and a humidifier. Windows open quite a bit. The bathroom was also meticulously cleaned. Wi-Fi is fast. The air conditioning is managed collectively, and it seems that it will change from heating to cooling in May every year.
