The hotel is located 20mins away from Mt Hallasan. A good place to stay at after a long day of hiking, where we can soak in the jacuzzi that fits two pax. Kitchenware was provided for those who wishes to cook, and towels were hung outside the door if staying for more than one night.

Beautiful location for anyone with a car. Great spa bath and nature to enjoy. I would recommend the hotel to anyone.

2024년 4/29일 f동 209호에 입실하고 저녁 취사를 위해 밥솥을 작동했는데
25분이 넘게 정상작동이 되지않아 기기 교체 여부를 문의 하였습니다.
50분이 되었는데도 아무 연락을 해주지않아
취사는 되지않고 불어 터진 쌀만 밥솥안에 있어 다시 관리실로 전화를 하였더니
그때서야 밥솥을 들고 나타난 남자 직원 하는말이
왜 기분나쁘게 전화를 하느냐...
불만스러우면 쿨하게?...환불해줄테니 나가라
어이가 없었습니다.
제 나이가 낼모레 70입니다.
여러분은 젊은 남자직원한테 이런말 들으면서
사전에 알았다면 이런 숙소에 묵고 싶으세요??
참고로,
여기는 4박 이상이라야 방청소나 쓰레기통을 비워준답니다
말로만 친절을 가장한 곳이란 느낌을 지울수가 없었습니다!
평생 가장 불쾌하고 찝찝한 최악의 여행지 숙소였습니다.

한라산에 갈 목적으로 예약했는데 날씨 탓에 아쉽게 오르지는 못했네요. 특정 코스와 접근성이 좋기 때문에 여행 계획에 한라산 오르시면서 근처 중문이나 서귀포에 방문 예정이라면 추천하고 싶습니다. 차가 있고 부지런하다면 하루만에라도 한라산과 중문ㆍ서귀포를 돌아볼 수 있을 것 같아요. 시가지와 동떨어져 있지만 근처에 흑돼지와 딱새우찜 드실 수 있는 식당이 있고 편의점과 간편 취사시설이 있어 괜찮습니다.
비수기 평일에 방문해서인지는 몰라도 조용하고 평화로운 느낌이었고 작고 아담하지만 깔끔한 전경으로 기억됩니다. 수영장 열리는 시점부터 오시면 날씨도 쨍하고 더 푸릇할 것 같아요.
성수기에 얼마나 차이가 날지는 모르겠지만 숙박 가격도 매우 합리적이라고 느꼈어요. 스파도 있는데 말이에요!
차가 있고 한라산ㆍ중문ㆍ서귀포가 여행 계획에 있다면 하루 또는 연박으로 추천하고 싶어요!

한라산 등반 으로 숙소를 정하였는데 날씨 탓으로 비행기 연착에 레터카 도 늦게 찾고 하다보니 늦게 도착하였고 전화로 설명하니 친절하게 도움주셔서 잘 쉬다 왔답니다
수영장 족욕탕도 사용가능하고 무엇보다 시설이 깔끔하고 쾌적하여 좋았답니다^^
다음번 한라산 등반에도 숙소 예정이예요~~~
