This resort is awesome! Toilet is very good, the bathroom (and bathtub), basin, and toilet are separate. Snowed during our stay, view is excellent.

The entrance is dark no light at night. Sign of the hotel is not visible at all. Need to improve.
Service staff is kind and helpful. A big thumbs up although they’re English not very good.
Overall happy with the room except there are no toothbrushes and only one tower for couples. Yes we can ask but I think it’s a human error

The bathroom is spacious and easy to use,
It had a sea view and breakfast was nice.
However, we would appreciate it if you paid attention to the cleanliness of knives, spoons, and forks during breakfast.
