Hello! Thank you so much for the stay. I will definitely stay here again when I come back. It was very comfortable. ☺️ I liked the location too! Also there was free breakfast/goodies.

Everything was ok except there is no floor & toilet seat heater n iron provided. Should include more healthy food for breakfast eg egg, bread n butter or vegie/ salad.

-dusty fridge -dusty bunk bed -not enough racks to hang clothes in both shared bathroom and private bathroom -noisy after 1 a.m. 2 nights in a row -regret choosing to stay here except for the location and juices provided.

Easy access to room, all done via email and using passcodes on the door to get to your room.  I had the single room with bathroom that had direct access from outside.  The shared kitchen is small but convenient. I didn't use shared living room.  The room was clean with clean bed sheets/blankets.  Bathroom is clean.   The soft is small and slightly dirty, but nothing to get bothered by.  I just used the place for a night of sleep and was out early morning.  Grabbed a granola bar in the kitchen on the way out.

I had a great stay at L3 Guest House! Big thank you to the owner for upgrading me from a single to double room for free. The room was very spacious for Seoul standards and also had a sofa and clothes rack (not pictured below). The room was fairly clean and whilst the breakfast was limited I found the free bottles of water very convenient. There was only one toilet on each floor (which included the Men’s shower) so you often had to wait or go upstairs to use the toilet. Overall, I had a wonderful stay.

Afforable price for a clean private space in a nice location. Detailed instructions for getting to the guesthouse, using the facilities and checking out are all provided timely. They provided all necessary amenities and snacks and drinks, and the facilities are fitted in the right place of the room.

I had a pleasant stay at this hostel. The room was clean and in good condition — not old or worn out. The bed and blankets were super comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. Although the hotel isn’t very close to the train station, it’s still manageable. Overall, a cozy and comfortable place to stay.

The location just nice. But my room is next to the door, some girls come back at night and we can’t sleep cause can hear the footsteps from inside. Otherwise, the staff are reachable and msg us when we need help.

Located in the heart of Hongdae. I really enjoyed staying there. friendly owner. They have comfortable bed. In the morning you can grab some juice, milk, custard cream, chocopie,banana and granola bar. Don’t expect an english breakfast. But it was good.

As an accommodation, it is really a good choice. As a place to rest, you shouldn’t miss this place because there are many food and fruits. The host is also nice. Good facilities, reasonable price and eco friendly are the best qualities of the guest house. I’m happy to have a nice experience with L3 guest house in Seoul

It’s clean and comfortable. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. Owner is very helpful and friendly.🍀

It is in a convenient location and close to hongdae subway station, this was My second time staying here and both times i booked the private room located on the first floor with a shared bathroom. There were free snacks on the first floor and the solo room is convenient when you want more privacy, I would Definitely book again when I'm in Seoul:)
