Quite confusing service especially to check in and unfortunately, was required to check out early by late before 10 am. Facilities are minimal. With the current price, not recommend this lodge for those whose are local.

Отель находится в джунглях со всеми вытекающими отсюда приятными и неприятными моментами. Из приятного: непосредственная близость к Центрам реабилитации орангутанов и солнечных медведей, а также к Центру изучения дождевых лесов. 5-15 минут ходьбы. Прекрасная, почти нетронутая человеком природа вокруг. Территория отеля ухоженная и приятная. Номера хорошие с просторными санузлами. Есть кондиционер, который вполне сносно работает. Из плохого: невкусная однообразная еда ( альтернативы нет, мы в джунглях) завтраки съедобные, но не более, плохо обученный персонал в кафе, еле теплая вода в душе по утрам (голову помыть не решилась), отсутствие в номере щеток, расчесок, фена и т.д. Однако, все это простительно, объяснимо, и я бы не стала бы об этом писать, если бы не «вишенка на торте»: просто отвратительные подушки. Кусок высокого плотного поролона, от которого через минуту затекает шея. Уснуть на такой - задача не из простых. Условиями джунглей это издевательство над посетителями объяснить сложно.

We stayed in the dorms for a good price, The rooms are nice and clean. The complex has a good restaurant attached which is not too expensive, and there are a few other restaurants nearby. 20min walk to the orangutan sanctuary or we got a grab taxi for 4MYR (less than a pound).

Really lovely accommodation with all the activities you need nearby! Would stay here again 100%, very comfortable, clean and accessible. Nice restaurant with good food as well. Great for couples. Orangutang sanctuary only 10 minute walk away!

Very nice lodge and staff. 15min away from the orangutan sanctuary. Rooms are clean and spacious, providing fan and air conditioning. The reception is open air as the picture attached and has many books that you can use in your spare time. Recommended

Beautiful place, big spacious room with ac and fan and the best shower we had in Malaysia so far in a luxurious bathroom. The staff is super nice and really helpful, if it’s for booking things or little everyday life things. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice clean & spacious room, also the best shower we had in Malaysia so far :) The staff is super nice and very helpful, they helped us with booking transportation, activities and also with smaller everyday problems :) 20min walk to the Orang Utan Center, 10min walk to the Rainforest Discovery Center We would definitely come back!
