I didn’t expect much from the Moscow region, but both my husband and child were satisfied. You can find fault if you really want to, but we liked it. The room has everything you need, cleaning daily. The animation works great, we left the room at 9 and returned by 21-22:00. The pool is not big, but it’s enough for a child, plus saunas (a fir one would be a little hotter). The food is varied and really tasty. We took full board and only once took extra pizza from the oven for an additional fee, and it was the pizza that we didn’t like. Overall the impressions were excellent. We met nice people and relaxed. We want to come back in winter and ride down the mountain.

I really love this hotel! I like everything here! I love cozy rooms! Wonderful variety of food with an emphasis on proper nutrition! Fabulous SPA center with a perfectly clean pool! Friendly and friendly staff! My son (10 years old) always finds friends and has a great time! The rental has everything for an active holiday!

Excellent territory, a lot of activities, beautiful design of the buildings, very tasty food, and most importantly, wonderful staff, smiling, responsive and involved! Super vacation experience! We will definitely come back here in the summer.

The hotel is not bad, but does not qualify for 5*. Accommodation: cleaning every day, the rooms are quite large, but the minibar is poor, except for two cups and two glasses, there are no other dishes in the room. No fruit to put in, no wine to drink. Paper and pen or pencil are also not provided. The area is large, well-groomed, there are playgrounds, rentals, a shooting range, a zoo, and horse riding. A good pool with slides, but the locker room is cramped, the shower room needs repairs, replacement of shower heads and adding curtains to the cabins. Meals: buffet. You won't leave hungry, but many dishes were frankly tasteless and even over-salted. Cooks without disposable gloves. Dishes for serving: enamel bowls and mugs with chipped edges and bottoms, wooden Khokhloma spoons with chipped edges.

We were greeted very pleasantly upon check-in, the staff was hospitable and courteous. There are a lot of families with small children around. If you want an adult audience - silence, beauty, then this is not quite the place. There is noise all around: squeals, whims, crying, etc. Some things are scattered, food in a common restaurant may be lying on the floor near the table, etc. The room stock is quite old, slightly dented mattresses, single beds pushed together. Outdated furniture and decor: bed blanket, carpet, like from the USSR. Lighting scenarios, ease of switching on and off, etc. are not thought out. One bright chandelier in the middle of the room and in the bathroom. At night, going to the toilet like this would be torture due to the brightness of the main light, but without it it would be pitch darkness. The audibility is 100% in the corridor, the doors all slam very loudly. The minibar is noisy, the cooling is so-so. In the room itself, in places you can see tired sealant spread in uneven layers in the bathroom, and cracked tiles somewhere. Somewhere there is dust and fine sand behind the bedside tables and large cabinets. Also in the room, the hook to nicely support the curtain with a tassel on one side had been removed, but the holes in the wall remained. They hide it with curtains, or maybe they don’t even notice. The batteries in our room did not work, but on the first call a technician immediately came and fixed everything. Be careful - the air conditioner only works when it's cold. There are not many outlets, but all are working, which is good news. The cleaning is so-so, the bathrobes are terribly unpleasant: shabby, hard, small, prickly. The slippers are really small, the toes press, they are somehow tight and small, walking is completely uncomfortable, as if the foot doesn’t fit completely. The bed linen is fresh, good quality material. There is a playground for children with swings. We kindly ask you to lubricate the parts near the swing, a terrible squeak can be heard throughout the entire area and in the room! The main building is quite pleasant, there are many different types of leisure activities. The employees work well. The a**osphere is being created. The waiters are well trained, they clean everything quickly and help. In terms of food, there is a wide variety for every taste; we were in Lent, but the hotel prepared it perfectly and we did not feel deprived of anything. The only thing is that it’s inconvenient to carry food one cup, one plate at a time on the table. It would be nice if there were trays for guests! And the question is about the quality of the oil with which everything is cooked, as if it were cheap. The food has a not very pleasant aftertaste and a heavy feeling afterwards. Spa area and pool - excellent variety of baths and saunas, small and shallow pool, no depth at all. Area with water slides (2 pieces), be careful when going down - the pool is very shallow and you can easily hit everything you can on the bottom. Mainly suitable for children. Keep in mind that the dormitory buildings are located at a high elevation; you have to constantly walk up and down to get to the main building with the restaurant and bar and the building with the pool and spa (this is a separate building and the passage is only along the street). Overall, we were able to get distracted and relax, but our expectations were not met. I recommend visiting for such 3-4 levels, I think we will come back again. We hope that all comments will be taken into account

Wonderful hotel! A wonderful animation team that creates a good mood for both children and adults. Excellent food, varied and very tasty! The hotel has a mini zoo where you can buy food and feed the animals. Aqua complex in a separate building. It includes a swimming pool with jacuzzi, a children's pool and 2 slides. The complex also has 2 saunas, a Roman bath, a hammam and a salt room. Spa trea**ents are also available for a fee. This is the second time we have stayed at the hotel, we really liked everything. Ideal for families with children.

Everything is very cool!!! The pool has a bunch of different bubbles🤗 and, of course, slides!!! All kinds of saunas and baths: Finnish, fir, Roman and hammam!!! The salt room is a great love ❤️ The descent is a little steep for us (we are newbies), but a lot of positive emotions!!! Delicious food and the sticky fire of the Russian stove!!! Cozy and clean room! And all this was accompanied by very friendly and caring service!!! Tsargrad - in the heart ❤️❤️❤️!!!

Very nice hotel, wonderful spa, large selection of steam rooms, the Roman sauna was very surprising:) good ski slope, excellent zoo, excellent breakfast. In the evening you can retire and play Russian billiards. We celebrated a birthday, thank you for the present from the hotel!
