Terrible experience. Incorrect accommodations from the start. They advertised room for 2 Adults two children, One bunkbed and a double, with air conditioning. No bunk bed and air conditioner not working. Not even enough room to place a luggage on the floor. Solution was to split up my family, move one person, and pay for another room!! seriously? Rooms are extremely small you feel like sardines in a hot tin can. Solution to air not working was to open the one small window in a cubby corner, leave the bathroom door open with that window open, and in the evening it cools down!! not in 40 degree weather with no wind! Situated across from a bar, and leaving the window open doesn't cool you down and all you hear is the music and partying. You did not deliver what you advertised! We had to find other accommodations, it was way too hot to sleep. No refund for the 3 nights we did not stay. We prepaid so ripped off! Find another place to stay, go for a B & B. we thankfully found a much better place to stay. Don't ruin your vacation. Looks aren't always what they seem.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! The room is great and has everything you need, the breakfasts were perfect and delicious out on the beautiful terrace with views of the town centre. Most importantly, the staff at the hotel had gone above and beyond for anything I needed! They arranged a car to transport us from Lamezia Terme to Serra San Bruno, as well as helped arrange a ride to Tropea once our time in Serra was done. While in Tropea (＞1.5hrs away by car) the hotel staff called to inform that we had forgotten a pair of seeing glasses in the room. I was willing to consider them a loss as we were unable to return and I would not expect them to be delivered. I also did not want the hotel to pay the cost of our mistake. The staff went on to tell me that they would see if someone was headed to Tropea in the next few days and get back to me. They called that evening and sent the glasses with an individual to drop off where we were staying in Tropea. I could not believe that service! As I said before, the staff constantly went above and beyond with everything they did. I would HIGHLY recommend staying at this beautiful spot if traveling to Serra San Bruno. I know I certainly will be again in the future!

This is the only complaint I have a memory foam topper and new pillows would have changed our experience

Serra San Bruno is a remote Calabrian hill town. The hotel exceeded our expectations. Clean, comfortable air-conditioned rooms and a good quality breakfast with fresh croissants, fruit and coffee. Altogether a very nice place to stay in the heart of the town. The best we can say is that we will certainly return. Full marks to the owners and staff.

Family-run hotel located in the historic center of Serra San Bruno. Spotless rooms, abundant breakfast, but above all the owners really exquisite people. Dear, professional! They make you feel at home. They made themselves available for any of our needs. (We came by motorbike). Highly recommended for everyone. There were any hotels like that. Well done keep it up. Ideal location to disconnect from the routine of the city. A short distance from the Certosa and from incomparable woods. The owner provided us with all the information on the history of the Certosa and the churches of the town, directing us to the best restaurants in the area. Excellent breakfast eaten on the veranda in the sun despite being November!

Tip top hotel. Room very clean, very centrally located. Breakfast with yoghurt and fruits and a strong coffee. Due to the central location, people who are sensitive to noise may not be so happy at night. PP right at the hotel.
