The room was very spacious and clean, and the free mini-bar was a nice touch. The blackout curtains worked perfectly, which I really appreciated. However, there are two minor issues that could be improved: 1. I had already booked through Ctrip and selected the "pay after check-in" option. Despite this, the front desk still requested my credit card number. Although they explained it wouldn't be charged and was just a backup in case of non-payment or damages, I found this unreasonable. If the hotel doesn't trust Ctrip, they should negotiate with them, perhaps by not accepting the "pay after check-in" option, rather than asking for our credit card details. If the hotel doesn't trust the platform, then we have reason not to trust the hotel. What if a hotel employee maliciously used our card? That would pose a risk to us. 2. The complimentary fruit provided by the hotel wasn't very fresh. I hope this can be improved. For example, fruit left by previous guests should be checked, and if it's not fresh, it should be replaced promptly. Everything else was great, and overall, it's a recommendable place. It's a shame our itinerary was rushed and we didn't get to see the view from the rooftop. I hope to have the chance to make up for it in the future.

I traveled alone and stayed for 3 nights here. The location is great, so close to any sightseeing spots by walking distance & very safe. The staffs are also friendly and helpful. The room is big, cozy & clean. I cooked every breakfast and dinner.

Amazing location, right in the city centre. The staff are extremely friendly. Even though it is an aparthotel, you get daily room clean and pretty much the services of any hotel. They also have a roof top pool with an impressive view of Seville

The hotel's location is fantastic and it's super clean. It's right next to the Metropol Parasol, with a McDonald's, Starbucks, and an Aldi downstairs. It's really convenient for visiting attractions and finding places to eat!

Great service, excellent location, and new facilities. My only complaint is that they didn't inform us about the road construction in front of the hotel.

Everything was excellent, and the attention to detail was great. My only minor complaint is that there are too many control switches in the room, but it didn't detract from the overall stay.

Amazing hotel in the heart of Seville

A decent hotel with a good location and a focus on tourism. Don't expect much service, but it's a good place to wash, sleep, and take a break. The Alhambra view is a bit off. The sun was nice though.

The only hotel I wouldn't recommend during my trip to Spain. First, it's inconvenient if you're driving; you can't park right outside to drop off your luggage, and the nearest parking lot is a bit of a walk away, costing €25 per day. Second, the soundproofing is poor; noise in the hallways is quite noticeable, and the bathroom exhaust vent keeps making a constant whooshing sound that can't be turned off, even though it seems the hotel turns it off all at once in the early morning. Third, the range hood emits a lingering odor; cooking smells from other rooms will seep into my room. On the bright side, the room is spacious, the sofa bed is large enough, the cleanliness is acceptable, and the complimentary fruit was very sweet.

I was very satisfied with the room: it was a one-bedroom, one-living room, one-bathroom room with a children's sink in the bathroom, and three beds in the room. The balcony had a view of the cathedral, and another balcony overlooked the street, creating a wonderful atmosphere at night. The hotel was also very clean overall; it felt more like an apartment, complete with a refrigerator, various cookware, and dishwashing supplies. There was even fruit, bread, and snacks on the living room table – very thoughtful. It's perfect for families. The hotel doesn't have its own parking lot; you need to park in the parking lot at a nearby shopping mall (less than a five-minute walk). The parking fee is approximately €25 per day (the hotel offers discounts, but the mall parking is more expensive).
