The room is nice and within exoectation for the 5 star resort hotel. However, the Hotel need to upgrade the service in term of registration; especially with this one guy who is not that friendly. I checked in around 3:30pm . First the hotel seems difficult to find my booking under my name but later it was resolved. Then the Reception guy told me that the Room is not ready and I have to wait; and he said he will approached me once received feedback from Housekeeping. I was waiting for 1/2 hour and still no one approached me. Then I went back to front desk to ask for update. As that guy was occupied with other registration, i managed to talk to another guy who seems genuinely trying to assist me. Then I can see this guy struggling to find a ready room ... as the one room that he said ready was snapped up by another guy at reception. ************* it was finally resolved after long wait at the lobby. I'm not sure whether I received this kind of treatment because Ive booked via Trip.com and not directly with Hotel. But then I saw all my other friends who went to register with another reception guy, managed to get their room straight away, although they are also booking via other agents like *********** etc.

It was a splendid hotel! We had a great time there. The hotel is nearby to the mall and lot of shops which is convenient for us. The view is super fascinating.❤️❤️❤️ Will definitely book this place again

Self check in was smooth, the host gave instructions step-by-step on how to check in and collect the keys. It was a pleasant stay and I recommend staying here. They provide air fryer and microwave too. Walking distance to setia city convention centre and setia city mall.

Walking distance to Setia City Mall & Setia Citi Convention Centre. Less than 5 mins walk. Very responsive owner / admin via Whatsapp. Response to message quickly and giving clear instructions for check in & out. ✅ bed is clean and comfortable ✅ strong WiFi ✅ provided extension for plug ✅ aircond is cold ✅ spacious (we have big luggages and still having ample space for walking around) ❌ a few plugs are broken ❌ kettle is dirty with stain on the heater steel ❌ pot is dirty with stain

The area is so beautiful.. it's really hard to get into this hotel.. it's not systematic and really annoying.. for those who want to bathe in the pool, make sure you bring a swimming suite, otherwise you won't be allowed to bathe. Owner did not write ready to bring swimming suite

Cheap and very nice place to stay.Near to mini mart,laundry and Nasi Kandar restaurant. But try to improve the cleanliness of tha room,got small cockroaches under tha bed.Tq.
