這次真的是住了所有住過的民宿最好最温馨的一個，衞生好，房東更好！要不是初中的孩子時間緊張，考完試衹能出來兩天，真想在這多住幾天，曬曬太陽，感受下上海老街區的慢生活！民宿出行方便，距離武康路、田子坊這些網紅打卡點都不遠。尤其是門口的街道和小店都非常有上海味道，很適合慢慢悠悠的走走逛逛。下次來還是會選擇這裏！

地段好網絡好熱水好服務好，如實描述，房間裏面實際上比照片更美，1.8米的大床和新的1.2米的沙發床超舒服，實際上可以住4-5人了，這種特色老洋房這個價格性價比很高，關鍵是非常乾淨整潔，有家的感覺，值得下次再來，有朋友需要會介紹

陝西南路地鐵站7號口出來八分鐘就走到永康路91弄了，襄陽南路和太原路汾陽路上還有公交
#衞生乾淨#服務很好#性價比高
進入房間就很喜歡這種特色落地窗和陽台，床品洗手池衞生間和陽台都非常乾淨，帶的一次性床品也沒用上，老闆娘人美心善，有什麼需要的找她都會及時回覆和幫忙，期待下次再來多住幾天。

地段好，去汾陽路五官醫院步行四分鐘，豫園外灘三站地鐵。佈置得很用心温馨，房間和床品非常乾淨，1.8米的大床比五星酒店的還舒服，1.2米的沙發床也很舒服。白天夜裡都很安靜，卧室廚房衞生間都有窗户，冰箱洗衣機及廚具齊全，微波爐解決了我的早餐。期待有時間再來。

到的那天，很幸運是一個帶涼風的晴天，一進民宿就香香的，第一次看到粉色的床品，很温馨；房間廁所洗手枱都很乾凈；推開陽台門，坐在小陽台上吹着風曬太陽，陽台上剛晾好的床單被套還有洗衣液的味道，聽樓下爺爺奶奶聊天，很有生活氣息；
房東姐姐是一個很健談的人，會有視頻照片語音導航，會主動介紹附近好吃的東西，還會讓我們寄存行李；
很美好的一次體驗，很可惜衹能住一天，希望下次還能再住這裏，也希望小房間能遇到它的有緣人。

此民宿優點無數：位置極佳三條地鐵去哪都方便；環境很不錯梧桐樹成蔭遠近散步都蠻好；餐飲購物配套齊全吃啥啥都有啊；服務極贊房東熱心解答提供各種有用訊息，鄭師傅有求必應給予了種種便利； 屋子寬暢舒適我呆了十七天有家的感覺。。缺點唯一，就是樓梯比較窄，對於歲數大腿腳不太利索的我來説，有點不方便。。

位置非常好的，距離地鐵陝西南路站7出口步行八分鐘。周邊有很多上海本幫 雲南 廣東等小吃店，嚐了幾家口味都還不錯。旁邊的網紅咖啡一條街時不時散發著咖啡的香氣，熊爪咖啡和三衹小狗☕可愛，我喜歡。洋房空間大適合家庭👪出行，內設施比較齊全。房東小姐姐非常Nice，給了很多好的建議和提示。下次來上海還會來噠

#房間乾淨#價格實惠#必住民宿
沿街永康路的老洋房，非常好找，離汾陽路眼耳鼻喉醫院非常近，走路三分鐘到了。離地鐵陝西南路站也很近，實地比照片更好，一樓採光好住着舒服，方便拿大件行李。房間和床品很新很乾凈，冰箱洗衣機也很新，廚房很大方便做飯。房東服務周到，價格實惠，以後再來上海還會選擇住這兒。
