Booked two reservations, 5/4-5/5 for one night and 5/5 for a four-hour hourly room from 12:30-16:30. It was clearly stated when checking in. The hotel system did not record my second hourly room order, which led to the hotel staff thinking that I was using the room for no reason! 5. I called the hotel that night. The waiter and her colleagues mocked the customer and did not put their job positioning and professional ethics in the first place. It is now 5/6 10:40 and I have not received a call from the hotel to apologize or any explanation! In addition: The hotel decoration is exhausted! The wallpaper in the room is seriously damaged! The air purifier in the room is just a decoration and cannot be used! There is no air purification in the lobby and the smell is unpleasant!
