衞生：保潔阿姨工作認真負責
環境：每日出行全靠14號地鐵，真新新村上車可以直達靜安寺、一大會址、豫園。衹是回來地鐵站基本找不到共享單車，得步行10分鐘回酒店。
服務：前台小哥服務特別好。

隔音真的太差了，從入住到半夜四點各種聲音不斷，樓道走路開門聲音，隔壁説話聲音，樓上沖水洗澡聲音，隔壁看電視聲音，什麼聲音都聽的一清二楚！一晚上等於沒怎麼睡着！總之不會再入住了

首先來説好的，一進門覺着很好看，前台態度不錯，房間內部裝修看起來也很高級，洗臉枱很乾凈，衞生間的花灑和噴頭都亮亮的，馬桶也感覺很乾凈（至少我用馬桶消毒紙擦拭的時候沒有不明顏色），早餐也非常豐富。
但是，一進門時還好，但凡打開過一回衞生間的玻璃門，房間裏就一直隱隱約約有味道，枕頭和床單上雖然沒有看到頭髮，但躺下立馬就覺着癢

服務很好 早餐很好吃，食物都新鮮，大堂的茶香我真的很喜歡，但是房間沒有這種香。那天下雨唯一的外套濕了還降温，幸好有烘乾機和洗衣機。前台小姐姐小哥哥都很熱情 遇到的打掃阿姨也很有禮貌。 就是床底下的燈光一晚都不滅，浴室的門膠條膨脹了關不上，馬桶我一抬手就沖水，我還沒有起來呢。這個要説一下 空調很給力啊 開了一下子就涼快了25度剛剛好。不得不説一下全季的床和枕頭都不錯 床軟硬適中非常不錯，枕頭軟綿綿的舒服。 住兩晚都挺安靜，客人都很有素質不大聲説話，就是牆壁水管的聲音應該是不可避免的會聽到，還好大家都在該入睡的時候入睡 還是很安靜的。總體還是不錯 酒店首選全季就行了。

房間開間大，適合親子出遊，也非常乾淨，特別早餐還可以，有圖可見，一樓的前台小哥哥也非常熱情，並且自願辦理了“華住會”會員卡，下次還會選擇入住
