衞生：衞生一般，不是非常乾淨，沒有達到預期要求但是老闆服務態度真很好的，房間一住的很舒服的，希望老闆可以改進一下衞生哦，還有大投影儀體驗感真的非常好好的

評論沒收錢，先説。我是華住會金卡會員，這個公寓，跟漢庭相比:①面積大，是個單室套公寓，附近的漢庭也就20平左右，②配套了洗衣機，冰箱，③衞生狀況，還可以，不比漢庭，但是過得去。總體説，突出在一個性價比，這個價格，華住衹能住15平的海友。最後總結:推薦。

我覺得還不錯，地段很好，因為吃的和超市都有，地鐵站附近步行10分鐘可達，也比較安靜。舒適度尚可。。。

房間的位置很好，去外灘南京路很方便，附近周邊公交站地鐵站很近，房間挺大，酒店式公寓很安靜，值得推薦入駐。
