The hotel concierge was friendly during check in and professional in handling our request to change room.
The room on the ground floor was located in another wing but the room is impeccably clean, with strong aircon and hot water on demand.
We will visit again.

This hotel is in a great location, half an hour away from Disneyland, with very convenient transportation. They provide very good services, including free pick-up and drop-off services. The hotel environment is comfortable and the staff is warm and friendly. I felt their caring during my stay.
