The hotel is very comfortable and clean. The staff are really friendly and helpful. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and also line 15 metro is close. The bed and room are really comfortable and clean too.

1.晚上到了酒店，前台接待人員沒有微笑沒有問好沒有主動就算了，滿臉不愉快。讓做人臉識別，説：“你到這邊來。”問是不是含早，説：“你自己看你自己的手機上的訂單呀。”問是不是可以兩點退房，説：“不能12點退。”我查完訂單，告知訂單明確寫了可以延時到2點，並拿出訂單給她確認。回覆説：“我係統顯示到12點，你明天退房時在看情況再説吧”不想和這種人繼續爭執，憤憤離開。
2.進了房間，衞生間鏡子下面的儲物面板完全銹掉、垃圾桶臟的無法接受，毛巾各種脱線、電視機完全沒有信號。。。
十幾年用攜程，第一次差評就奉獻給這一家全季了

在上海衹能説是性價比而已，硬件設施一般，軟件服務中規中矩，正常住沒有問題，其他也不能過高要求了。不過早餐雖然品種不多品質卻很不錯，能夠體現上海精緻的味道。

我們旅遊基本都是全季，我衹能説這家是我住過最差最差最差的全季。定的大床，在前台辦理入住的時候直接給我牙刷，絕了，這輩子從未遇到過這個操作，進去房間小的一比，還有異味，廁所也有尿騷味，花灑出水跟滴眼淚似的，枕頭下面，還有臟東西，都沒弄乾凈，隔音還不好，走廊説話的，吵架的，聽的清清楚楚，絕了絕了，你作為全季，對得起你那個價格嗎？？？對的起這個牌子嗎？？停車還得自費！！！
準備入住的慎重考慮吧！！！！
