They are quick and helpful with every request. I recommend this hotel if you wanna rest here without much hassle.

The hotel was spacious, you can fit 2 large luggages in the room and still have ample space to walk ard. If only they had one more extra chair so my husband and I can sit comfortably. I find the bed comfortable enough, I like the automatic toilet bowl, the pressure for the water was just right. The helpers, service staff was very helpful and polite throughout our stay. They provided us with lots of water to make sure we are hydrated as the weather outside is really hot. The cleaner’s name is LIN or LING 阿姨， she was the one that took care of us throughout our 5 days. The room service food was way better than the one in JW Marriott for some reason. Please order the Xiao Long Bao and bolognese pasta. You can skip the pizza entirely, it’s bad. We ordered a bucket of ice, and there was a young boy who delivered our ice in the middle of the night with a huge smile, he said, “Hi”👋🏼with a hig happy smile and then a “BYE~”when he’s all done. He was so enthusiastic and it made our night. At the lobby, it’s pretty small, some taxis can’t find the entrance to the lobby, take a pic if you order a didi, so the driver may know what to look out for. The doorman was really nice, he helped us with our luggage’s in seconds, 谢谢你 Liu Xiao Xiu. I highly recommend the stay here as all the staffs seems like they have gone through a 5 star training program. It’s one of the most pleasant stay. I hope this review will not lead to a price increase on trip.com. Chang Shou lu has lots of hipster cafe and interesting restaurants ard the hood, so do you research and explore the neighbourhood.

It was another great stay here at Citadines Changshou Road. The hotel is located at the edge of Putuo district close to the city centre areas such as Changning and Jing’an. The robots were excellent this time and they sent me all of my deliveries very promptly. You spend 200 extra to have your dog stay with you, I love the free coffee in the room. We will definitely stay again!

Serviced apartments are the best for traveling with kids. There is a parking lot downstairs, connected to the Woge Plaza, which is very convenient for food, accommodation and transportation. The room layout is also very similar to the Somerset I stayed in Thailand. The balcony is large and feels like home. Because I stayed with my baby, the hotel also gave me a late check-out until 2 o'clock. Thank you very much!

Very good hotel! The most important is that the staff are so nice, literally all of them. They will always help you out like ordering taxi, doing laundry and more. My friend needed some extra help with an item she bought and they made sure it was fixed right away. We really appreciate them since we are not familiar with China or speaking chinese. Overall, we had no issues at all and everything went well here. The area isn't bad and not too far from tourist spots. I hope the best for them :)

The hotel is just at the Mrt line pink. If there's a rain you'll not get wet cause the walking way to hotel is inside the covered area surrounding by the restaurants and a supermarket named Hippo where you can find fresh seafood (alive).However, the correct exit of the metro isn't #2, but it is #3. Please do correct it on your website. I WOULD REALLY RECOMMEND IT.

Should've stayed here longer.
The view from our room overlook changfeng park is absolutely stunning! The room was very modern and spacious.
The bathroom was amazing.
The all around vibe is just very calming and pleasent.
There's literally a Joy City Mall next to the hotel.
The breakfast is excellent with a lot of variety. Me and my kids really loved this hotel and The staff were also great.

I love everything about this hotel, the service , the staff, but I will have to complain about the thermostat.
It was so hot in the room. Even it is winter it wouldn’t let me turn on the air or regulate the heat. It’s one of those thermostats where you don’t really have control over it.
I had to open the windows just to get some sleep. The temperature in the room was constantly reading 27 -28 degrees. I barely got any sleep. If the thermostat actually worked and you were allowed to monitor the temperature and the use it would be a 10/10. Now I barely got any sleep. I decided to not book the next night I

A great new hotel experience, with a stylish, unique and tasteful Shikumen architectural style. I especially like the room with skylight and small balcony on the top floor, and the exquisite and detail-oriented bathroom design is also great. I am also very satisfied with the hotel's service, especially Simon and Ashley at the front desk are very considerate and thoughtful, which deserves praise!

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location, very close to the subway station, just a 3-5 minute walk away, making it very convenient for visiting popular attractions.
The front desk staff was very friendly and enthusiastic, and the entire team was young and energetic. Yoyo was particularly impressive, proactively explaining the location of amenities and providing excellent service.
The breakfast room had a rich variety of items! The room was very new and the decor was fresh, which the kids loved. The hotel also publishes its own lifestyle magazine, which is very cultural and stylish! I'll definitely stay here again!

GGuest UserVery helpful and friendly staff though they didn't speak any English. Breakfast was a bit bland and low quality but OK. The rooms were well designed and equipped but the only problem is that they smelled a bit of cigarette smoke. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms nice with actual doors which is rare in China hostels.

AAnonymous UserFirst of all, let's talk about the hygiene problem. How long has this room been unoccupied? Or is the hygiene cleaning just a formality? I wiped it with wet wipes. Picture 1 shows the tabletop, and Picture 2 shows the sink. If it was cleaned, this situation would not happen. I haven't taken pictures of the bedside table and the clothes hanging bar. I wiped it without making any noise. You can imagine it. I can accept the small space of the room and the poor sound insulation, but it is difficult to comment on your hygiene problem. The shower water is very big and comfortable, and the bed is relatively soft. There is not even a place to hang clothes in the bathroom. The shower door opens inwards, which is rare. The window of the room is facing the street, which is a little noisy. Because we got up early, breakfast was not served yet, but milk, bread and eggs were available. I don't know if it was because we were going to run a marathon, so the breakfast time was advanced. This is a compliment. There are no shops near the hotel. If you need food and daily necessities, you should look around. The nearby bus is convenient, and the subway is far away. Check-out is 14:00, and you can take a shower and rest after running, which is also a blessing for runners like me.

TThe Singaporean TravellerValue for money. Near train station. When taking a taxi, it takes around 45 minutes to get to the city centre, so do bear that in mind. Has laundry room too, and you can purchase a detergent pod for 10yuan. The room was not quite soundproof and there was cigarette smells in the hallways.

GGuest UserTraveling to Shanghai, the plane arrived at Hongqiao a bit late, but fortunately the hotel Li Airport was very close. It was nearly 12 o'clock in the morning to the hotel. The front desk was still very patient and polite. After checking in, I also helped me push my luggage and press the elevator. The room was very large. I just came back from Japan and felt that the big room in the domestic hotel was really comfortable, because it was a new hotel and everything was new and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and I fell asleep soon after washing. The breakfast is also very rich. I heard from the front desk that there is a gym and the equipment is imported. Unfortunately, this business trip time is a bit tight, otherwise you have to experience it. In general, a very pleasant stay experience, good location and convenient transportation, new facilities and good service, the price is right, next time I come to Shanghai, I will stay here.

The housekeeper contacted me in advance before check-in and gave me a very detailed check-in guide, including the subway and parking lot. Their home is in a single-family apartment building. It is better to recognize the check-in guide.
This time I changed the toilet and bedding, and the bedding was replaced with a mattress, which was very good; the bath towels and towels were replaced with thicker ones, and the number was more than before;
The construction foundation of the Jade Buddha Temple downstairs has been completed, and there is no big movement. It seems that the construction time has been delayed in the morning. The morning is basically very quiet.
