Stayed here for 3 nights in Xintiandi and our experience has been amazing! The hotel staff were very patient and helpful when we had some couriers delivered to the hotel to bring back home. :) It was very convenient to call for food deliveries to the hotel. You can just indicate your room number and the automated robot will deliver the food to your door room! Overall, very satisfied with the amenities and facilities provided by Atour! The gave us a small little gift after we check out, will consider to stay with Atour again next time! :)

The hotel's location is very convenient, and the service rivals a five-star hotel. Special shout-out to Nan Xing and Jing Mo – they were excellent! The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were clean, tidy, and comfortable. Upon check-in, I received an aromatherapy gift, and a hand cream upon check-out.
