地理位置很好，鬧中取靜，去沈園和魯迅故居步行就可以到。去板橋直街也是步行去的，從書聖故里可以坐公交回來。地理上是比較滿意的三天兩晚旅行。
隔音效果還可以，適合親子家庭遊吧。既然出來玩也做好會遇到親子家庭的準備，樓下客廳可以打牌聊天滿悠閑的。

房間比較大，適合家庭出遊住，兩張1.8m大床是最滿意的，智能馬桶，浴缸🛁淋雨都有，這點符合所説的設施，美中不足的就是第一、浴室地面看着不乾淨，第二、投影很不清晰。房間裏面牆體看起來有點像不太乾淨又感覺有點舊，當然了也需其他人會説就是這種裝修風格啦。因為是清明節假日期間定的所以價格較貴快趕上五星級酒店了🤷980元定的，感覺非常不值，這個程度最多500元。
