Location is great for food lover. Lots of nice food downstairs. Can be noisy for light sleeper. 10 mins ride to airport.

It is close enough to two metro stations. The Gangxiabei station is very famous for the amazing ceiling above the trains, and close to the city center. But the area outside the hotel is not that great, and the building is not that great either. The room itself is not bad. It is spacious enough and not oudated. One big drawback was the water drain was super clogged and the water can't go down the drain when you shower. Without that problem, the room is fine.

Checked in twice in one week, this time in the middle of the night. I gave a good review to the driver who picked us up at the airport, but the same problem occurred at the front desk. It was almost one in the morning when we checked in that day. The room we were assigned was close to the street and facing the elevator. After we went in and closed the windows, we found that the noise from the street was still very loud. We wanted to have a good sleep the next morning, so we communicated with the front desk to see if we could change to another room. The front desk said that this was the only room left of our room type. After repeated communication, they could only give us earplugs. Later we found that rooms of our type were actually for sale on various platforms. The next morning, I was woken up early by the sound of passing vehicles. I felt unwell afterwards, so I asked the front desk if I could delay check-out until 4:00 p.m., because I had seen that other guests could also delay check-out until 4:00 p.m. if they had special reasons. When we called the front desk, they bluntly refused and said that we could only delay our check-in until 3:00, so we had no choice but to agree. However, 15 minutes before 3:00, the front desk called us early to urge us to check out, and repeatedly reminded us that we needed to leave before 3:00. I gave a bad review to the front desk staff last time I stayed there, and I have to give a bad review again this time. This is the most inhumane hotel I have ever stayed in. They are totally inflexible and the front desk staff is very unprofessional. Will never stay here again next time.

The staff are very enthusiastic, the hygiene is very clean, the room facilities are very new, the TV can cast the screen, I like the decoration style of the room, the hotel environment is very good, the restaurant environment is also very good, the breakfast is also very rich, the price is very affordable, the cost performance is very high, the hotel has a laundry room, laundry service, free laundry service, Wi-Fi speed is very fast, the hotel is opposite the MixC, very close to the Luohu Port, very convenient to Hong Kong, the hotel is very close to the Dongmen Pedestrian Street, and there are many delicious foods around. The hotel has freshly ground coffee and soy milk, and tea and snacks are provided when sitting in the business center, which is very warm. The check-out speed is also very fast. In short, I will choose this hotel every time I come to Shenzhen. The cost performance is still very high.

Just beside Exit D of yannan metro. Plenty of restaurants surrounding the area. To walk to huaqiangbei only about 10mins. Hotel reception is at 1st floor and the room is at 9 floor. Breakfast is at 10 floor. Simple breakfast. Room is small but overall still ok. Nothing to complain about. But room have remote sensors. When go toilet in the night it auto light up. Staff at reception was friendly and courteous. Can consider staying again

Very good, enough air conditioning, The bath water is hot enough, Clean, neat, Comfortable, freehand. Fully equipped. Say hello, Good service, Check in early, Check out late, It can be added for another 4 hours, Very good, It just feels like going home.
