Homewood Suites by Hilton Hotels in Shenzhen

It's very great experience here, i have been staying here for the last year.Like two or three times every month.Service is great, friendly and everywherePeople here are very nice, too.

While I generally don't leave negative reviews, there were indeed some noticeable issues. The bath mat was a bit dirty; I'm unsure if it hadn't been replaced or if it was simply worn/stained. The air conditioning was set to cool at 23°C but wouldn't go any lower. While it provided a stable airflow, it was barely adequate. I found the breakfast to be quite disappointing. Additionally, the room wasn't as spacious as the one I had on my first night.

The room was quite smart, with a smart toilet, very clean, and quiet! The service was excellent. From the moment we arrived, they were friendly and responsive, always looking for solutions to our problems. It was great! Overall, I'd definitely stay again. The front desk assistant, Shuang, was very helpful and professional!

We stayed here with our children. The surroundings were lovely, and our overall stay was very enjoyable. Even though the room wasn't large, it was well-equipped with everything we needed. The dining options and service were excellent, with delicious and high-quality food. What's more, food ordered from outside could be delivered right to our room door. Shenzhen is also a relatively clean and orderly city.
