After scouring almost 10 properties in Shimla, I finally chose this hotel and trust me, my choice was right. Stayed for 3 nights and everything was well. Pro - 1- Location is few steps above shimla high Court parking. 2-Located at the beginning of Mall Road, you can start exploring Mall Road from here. 3- Restaurant staff is very co-operative. 4- Other nearby restaurant also available on walkable distance. 5- Front desk can arrange car to explore nearby attractions. 6 - Heater is available in all rooms. 7- View was awesome from room 603. 8 - 24hours hot water. Cons - 1 - Restaurant food cost is little higher than usual. 2 - Service is little slow but ***ageable. 3- Need few white LED ceiling lights as sometime warm white creats loneliness. But overall superb experience and Mr Suresh is very supportive. Thank you all.

Quality and personal touch is never lacking. Top rated service quality. Been staying with them since four decades and watching improvising themselves. Suresh jee & Om Parkash jee are there to resolve your concern. Sonu was too good who served hot food.

Simply enjoyed the morning and evening view from Hotel and liked the wooden setup of rooms. We stayed on 6th for a day, though lift is available only till 4th floor and is the reason why I have given 1 star less - apart from that their location, room view and customer service was really nice. Mall road is easily accessible and even for pickup and drops you do not have to go far in case you have to travel and car can come very close to the location without using lift facility.

Location is very good. It is walking distance from Mall road. Rooms are good. Service is good. Only one problem is need to climb few steps to access the Hotel. Good restaurants are on walking distance.

Excellent attitude and behaviour displayed by the staff. They made us feel comfortable and at home. Although the room was too small, the hu*** touch and caring attitude of the staff made our stay memorable. Would love to visit this place again. Thank you!

Bon emplacement, chambre correcte, tres belle vue mais l’hotel est connu des voisins locaux (Penjab) qui viennent faire la fete (ie se bourrer dans leur chambre et faire un boucan monstre). Le ***agement dit… qu’il n’y peut rien, on n’a pas dormi…
