"I had to go back to Shizuoka on short notice, so I made a reservation late at night and arrived after 10pm. The front desk staff was very nice. Breakfast was also delicious. However, there was a guest walking around in a robe. I felt a little uncomfortable. I wondered if they didn't tell me anything to be careful of when I checked in."

GGuest UserFacilities: The room is quite big. There is a big bath on the top floor, and there is a comic book shop on the ninth floor, with many comic books. The breakfast is very good, mainly Japanese food. I stayed for three days, and the breakfast dishes changed every day. The hotel has its own parking lot, including ground parking spaces and multi-story parking spaces. Free parking is very cost-effective.
Environment: The hotel is about ten minutes' walk from the JR station and several shopping malls. There are many restaurants around, and there are many choices of yakiniku restaurants, izakayas, and ramen restaurants. There is a 7-11 opposite, which is very convenient.
Service: The Japanese waiters are very good and nice, but their English communication skills are average. The only unpleasant thing was that I wanted to borrow scissors from the front desk to use on the spot. The front desk didn't understand English, so they ”thoughtfully” found a South Asian waiter. But this ”English waiter” pretended not to understand... Later, when he took out the scissors for me, his attitude was also very arrogant. I didn't understand the difficulty and preciousness of scissors...

GGuest UserClean hostel with comfortable beds, very nice feature to be able to close the doors for privacy. No eating allowed in the room, but there is a microwave in the lobby. Unfortunately no kettle so no instant noodles or coffee can be made, which would be a good touch. The women’s floor is separated by locked doors to ensure only the women can enter the rooms which made me feel safe. Very good for the price and if you’re comfortable in a hostel environment.

GGuest UserI stayed in several Wing Hotels and have always been satisfied. The services provided by this hotel was Good. The location is convenient from the train station. There is a lounge and onsen on the 9th floor. Drinks are available from 3 - 9 pm. Unlike other Wing Hotels available all the time. But they have a larger variety including juice and tea. They provide rice and soup from 8-9 pm.But we eat outside. Clean towels are provided everyday. Amenities are available at your choice. . The price for the stay is good value for money.

GGuest UserI stayed at the hotel with my wife as a stop between Nagoya and Atami. We chose the hotel due to its very close proximity to the train station. We found the hotel room very clean and recently renovated. The utilities, including lighting and water supply, were good. The breakfast was acceptable though we needed to queue for a while. The services offered were indeed good since we managed to retrieve some left fruits in the refrigerator through the help of hotel staff after we have checked out.

JJUNHO(I stayed at the Ezaki building) The interior facilities are very good. There are two shower rooms in the duplex-type independent building, so it is spacious and nice. There is a bit of a distance between the check-in counter and the accommodation, but... a red-haired English-speaking staff member at the check-in counter personally guides you. He is very funny. I have been to Japan many times, but this was the first time I had a language barrier like this, but I can't tell you how good it was to communicate with this person in English. The room is clean, and there are two beddings except for the bed, but it is not just a mat, but a topper, so it is comfortable enough, and the bed is also comfortable and nice. The service cookie is just Lotus flavored.
They gave me a drink coupon as a welcome drink, but I couldn't use it, which was a shame. A convenience store is also about 5 minutes away?? Unlike regular hotels, you have to take off your shoes to enter, so it was more convenient, and anyway, the facilities are good and clean, so it was nice. There are department stores, shopping malls, Wasabi House, drugstores, Nanaya, and other shopping streets within 10-15 minutes, so it's good.
The only downside is that security can be a bit weak...? Since it's Japan, there's no such risk burden, but it feels that way.
It's a structure where you enter by holding the door lock key behind the wall, but um... (see photo) Anyway, that's it... So there's a little noise from cars passing by. But it's okay. Everything is great. Oh, and the doorbell sound was also the convenience store bell sound, so it was funny ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ If you're thinking about going here, it might be good to go ㅎㅎ
Oh, another interesting thing is that you can send various inquiries or things you need to know before check-in through email chat starting the day before check-in.

혼혼자여행하는사람The location is very good, about 5 minutes from Shizuoka Station. When you check in, there is a drink bar on the first floor, so you can drink freely.
Amenities (toothbrush, razor, body towel) are free, and towels are provided.
I thought there was no microwave, but there was a washing machine on the second floor.
There was also a hot spring on the fifth floor, which was nice.

Eenjoy&funTrip.com has photos of Japanese and Western-style rooms for booking a regular double room. After booking, I asked for a Japanese-style room, but the hotel said it depends on the availability at the time. So I checked in at the hotel around 3pm after landing at the airport, but the staff said they could only provide Western-style rooms. If I wanted a Japanese-style room, I would have to pay extra! After a long fuss, we were finally offered a Japanese-style room, but they told us to be careful not to put our luggage on the tatami! Foreign tourists are generally assigned Western-style rooms.
The Japanese-style room feels comfortable and clean. It includes a simple breakfast. There are many restaurants, large shopping malls, and Surugaya main store nearby on foot! I will choose this hotel again when I go to Jing again. I hope Trip.com can directly choose the Japanese-style room!

島島魚The location is right after the interchange.
It's within 30 minutes from both Shimizu Port and Nihon-daira, so it's very accessible.
The Sawayaka Shizuoka Inter store, which I was looking for, was also a 3-minute walk away, so it was the best location for this trip.
I was also very grateful for the permanent sauna.
It was the Obon period, and there were foreign guests staying there, so it was almost full, but the sauna was almost never used and it was almost reserved for us.
It's a pretty authentic sauna with aromatic water, you can do loyly freely, and it's outdoors, so I think it's the best sauna if you choose the right season.
(I used it during the Obon period, so the cold bath was too warm and I couldn't fully relax.)
The staff were very kind, and there were always staff on hand who were very conscious about customer service.
I think the free drinks are a great way to differentiate the place.
The all-you-can-drink craft beer was great.
There was also all-you-can-drink lemon water and soft drinks, so I was able to enjoy a leisurely drink in the open space instead of having to drink in my room.
I think it's very good considering the cost performance.

陳陳查禮Excellent location within walking distance to major tourist locations and shopping and dining districts as well as public transports. Carpark is available across the road at 1100 Yen for 24 hours. I chose room with breakfast for 2 and it is well value for money. The spa, though small, but is well kept and much undertilized. In fact, I am the only one using the spa. Environment, services and facilities are all up to good standards. Guests can also have free access to the coffee and soft drinks machine around the clock.
