Ascott Hotels in Singapore

Overall, it was the best hotel that I could have with my budget. Great location because it has walkable distance from many touristy spot and restaurant options. However, I should have noticed the size of the room. For the two people, it felt like little larger than capsule thingy. In front of the hotel(shopping mall), there is a colorful building where you can easily take instagramable photos.

I purchased the Lady Gaga Package choosing this hotel for one night, and I ordered another night in this same hotel. 【SERVICE】The staff was very welcoming and he arranged a room for me even they were 2 different orders. It was very helpful and I appreciated it. 【Trick】When the Lady Gaga concert package on sale, the room fee went up to a double compared to normal weekends (800 to 1600) and it was not allowed to canceled, no breakfast included!! However, the room fee went back to normal price and allowed to cancelled, with breakfast later. Here I appreciate that C-trip afford the price difference and refund the extra cost to me!! I am really a big fan to C-trip!I wonder if the hotel management is playing a trick to visitors, so the buyers from KLOOK would have a misunderstanding that KLOOK don't earn too much!! However, KLOOK earn about 40% marget if we calculate the hotel fee in normal price!! So foxy!!! I was happy with my 2-night stay in the hotel, I would like to choose this hotel if I have chance to go to Singapore again. But I personally suggust that NO COOPERATION TO KLOOK any more. They will bring lfy Bugis only bad influence! 我是买了KLOOK客路的Lady Gaga的套票选了一晚这个酒店，另外再在这个酒店订了一晚。 【服务】员工很好，虽然是两个订单，也给我安排了一个房间。很感谢他。 【诡计】Lady Gaga的演唱会票开售的时候，酒店放假对比平时的周末翻了一倍，800到1600，还不能退单，不含早！！但是，后来房费就回到了平时的价格，允许退，还含早！我这里真的很感谢携程，他们承担了差额给我退了我多付的房费。我是携程的忠诚粉丝！ 我都有理由怀疑酒店管理层是不是在跟套票的客人玩套路，那些买了KLOOK套票的人会有一个错觉他们没有赚很多，但其实如果按平时价格算，KLOOK的利润高达40%。好奸诈！ 我对我两晚的居住是满意的，如果我还有记住去新加坡，我也会选择这个酒店。 但我个人建议不要跟KLOOK这种流氓平台合作，只会给贵店带来负面影响。

The living room was surprisingly super big, we loved the kitchen space and the huge fridge which is the largest one we have seen so far in a hotel room 😁 basically a serviced apartment style where it was located at Rocher mrt, relatively convenient but alot of shops are closed late at night 🌉 so luckily they had a 24/7 noodles vending machine where we made our dinner and the packaged salmon was super yummy! The bed was comfy but abit sad that there were only 2 pillows 🥲 the TVs were very nice to be able to connect our phones to watch YouTube or Netflix on 📺 the cleaning takes place 3 days a week and the Saturday that the lady came to clean the room, she took away our hand soap and didn't replace the toothbrushes so kinda didn't know where to look for her to get more 😅 the shower area was kinda small as well and the provided toiletries keep falling to the ground as the ledge was very cramped with 3 bottles 🚿 the greatest upsides were the kitchen/living area and the swimming pool which we had a blast as it was very big and deep enough that it came to our chest 😃 🥽 great that we could extend our checkout time for 1h more and the checking in and out was super fast which was great 👍 do note that the reception is on the 3rd floor that everyone has to take a lift up to, think it's not very clear at the ground level as there were some lost tourists that we guided to come up with us. Then to go to your rooms, another lift needs to be taken up from level 3 after walking past the reception 🛗 a slight disappointment was that a request was made to assist with setting up my partner's surprise bday celebration before our stay but nothing was done (a small cake would have been nice), anyways thankfully I brought my own supplies ~ Overall it's a nice stay so 4/5 ⭐

The staff are very helpful and accommodating. The hotel provided complimentary snacks and drinks at the lobby for the guests. There are massage chairs which are also great addition to the overall experience. Thank you!

The hotel staff was very friendly and the room was super clean. The stay was so comfortable that my family member, who has insomnis, slept very well. The best part is that the hotel is pet-friendly and they lent us a cat towel, feeding bowls and even gave us a surprise gift. The housekeeping was regular and they did a great job. Highly recommended to all, especially those with pets.👍👍👍

New and modern looking hotel. Well designed and comfortable room. TV is large and comes with Chromecast. Well located near the train station and Star Vista mall, yet far from the hustle and bustle of the city area. Makes for a nice tranquil stay.

An excellent experience of stay, environment and high quality of services from the hospitality team. Couldn't be more demanding from what we have been through (an excellent time) with the hotel. Definitely wanna come back to the same hotel that left lots of good memories during the trip.

Lyf Ferrer Park is located above the MRT which makes moving anywhere in Singapore super convenient. Upon entering the hotel, the large opening with hugh spaces is shockingly amazing. The reception area is well maintained and the front-line staff are friendly and helpful making my stay at Lyf FP a memorable stay. A 24-hours restaurant is just across which is visible from my room (see attached photo) with good spread of food choices. While staying Lyf Ferrer Park from 21 - 23 May, I would like to express my appreciation to RAZDEE for his professionalism and patient in helping me to cancel a duplicated reservation. Razdee is well versed with on-line booking hence he guided and explained to me step by step, the methods of making such reservation to ensure no complications later. In today’s busy life style, it is hard to find such employee showing care and concern for their guests. I fully enjoyed my stay at Lyf Ferrer Park feeling secured and confidence knowing that such excellent services will be extended when needed.

hosted our daughter's first bday party in the finlayson suite. probably the best room type thanks to the huge space. the staffs were friendly and helpful however on the last day we felt like the non local receptionist wasn't really nice at check out. otherwise all else was good. we truly enjoyed our stay.

Great location and lovely apartment. We stayed here for 2 nights for a short family holiday. It's our family go-to getaway hotel. Check in was very easy, scan the QR code and fill in the form on your phone. We would certainly be returning here time and time again.
