Courtyard by Marriott Singapore Novena

Location is great. Rooms are clean. Service is good. The only problem was there was no air circulation in the room. Any smell will linger for a long time. The hotel is from the 22-nd floor and up. Loved our stay.

Strongly not recommended. Poor value for money. I booked this hotel at a high price, but during my stay I experienced a severe allergic rhinitis flare-up, likely triggered by the hotel’s environment or hygiene conditions. My symptoms were so serious that I could barely sleep at night. I informed the hotel of my health condition and requested to check out one day earlier, but my situation was completely ignored and not properly addressed. The hygiene standards were poor, and communication was extremely unprofessional—multiple emails were sent with no response at all. Most importantly, the hotel is surrounded by hospitals and accommodates many patients, making it unsuitable for regular travelers or short-term stays. Considering the price, service, hygiene, and environment, this hotel is not worth recommending.
