Millennium Hotels in Singapore

The hotel staff are friendly and responsive. They taught me how to use the self check-in and check-out machine (even though I prefer checking in and out in person). Check out time is 11am, but it was easy to negotiate for a later check out time. You can do that in person, through the phone messages, or from the bedside clock in the room. The staff also gave me a $20 voucher to use at the lobby lounge. The room was upgraded to a king bed with view, newly renovated. The bed was particularly comfortable, and I had a superb rest. The noise insulation for each room was ok, but you can hear the doors opening and closing. The swimming pool and gym are well maintained. Theres sitting areas on the 2nd floor, for hanging out and making calls. The lobby lounge opens at 12pm, so you can order food there. Their grilled squid is fantastic!

Floor in the room quite sticky can’t walk without slipper and dust everywhere on the corners we book room for 3 adults but have only 2 slippers , Widow never clean dirty as show on picture. Location is great walking to shopping center . Refrigerator is small as in picture.Hopefully my review for this hotel will be useful.
