First big disappointment- the bed. Mattress was so hard, that I can not feel the difference between sleeping in bed and sleeping on the floor.
Second disappointment - temperature. 10 degrees outside, 16 degrees inside. No central heating available. I was provided with small portable heater, which helped me to raise temperature to 20 degrees after a few hours of working. Heater was very noisy but I had to keep it working all night.
Third disappointment - breakfast.
Value/price - not satisfying.

Excellent location next to Huanglong cable car station. Hotel provides free tickets for transfer bus inside Huanglong which sold out quickly. Helps save some walking.
Room is clean but central heating not turned on due to low occupancy and only provides a small portable heater for the room which barely keep the room warm in mid October temperature around zero celsius. Very simple breakfast provided, carbs to fill the stomach before the hike at Huanglong.

The largest and best hotel near Huanglong Scenic Area. We arrived at night. The outside is magnificent. The kid said it was as magnificent as the palace. The cableway corridor is just across the road from the hotel. Picture 1 is the hotel seen from the cableway. It is super convenient. I came here on May Day. There were frozen snow grains at the foot of the mountain and snowflakes on the mountain. Except for the cold, there was nothing wrong. Although I didn't see the true appearance of the beautiful Huanglong during the dry season, there was a lot of snow on the snow-capped mountains, and the temples looked more majestic in the snow.
